US National Security Adviser Mike Waltz has taken full responsibility for a leaked Signal group chat where senior White House officials discussed planned military strikes in Yemen. The problem is that somehow, accidentally or otherwise, Waltz included in the chat a notorious Trump-hating journalist from a far-left publication.

That journalist was the editor-in-chief of the Atlantic magazine, Jeffrey Goldberg, who published a story revealing discussions among senior officials in President Donald Trump’s cabinet about military strategies targeting Houthi rebels in Yemen.

“I take full responsibility. I built the group,” Waltz said during an interview with Laura Ingraham on Fox News on Tuesday, adding:

“It’s embarrassing. We’re going to get to the bottom of it.”

In the article, Goldberg says he gained access to a Signal group chat from a user identified as “Mike Waltz.” 

The chat, titled Houthi PC small group, reportedly included Vice President JD Vance, Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard, and other cabinet officials.

In the interview, Waltz couldn’t explain how Goldberg ended up in the chat, claiming that an unnamed contact, who was meant to be included, was likely mistaken for Goldberg. He claimed he didn’t know Mr. Goldberg.

But investigative reporter Paul Sperry has posted a series of revealing facts to his account X that lead us to believe Waltz, or at the very least someone on Waltz’s staff, has an ongoing relationship with Goldberg. Sperry posted photos of Waltz standing next to Goldberg at an event moderated by Goldberg.

Sperry also showed that Walz made political donations to arch never-Trumpers like Mitt Romney and John McCain, but never sent a cent to Donald Trump.

Zero Hedge reports that President Trump has announced a 25% tariff on all cars not made in the US, adding that “we are going to charge countries for doing business in our country.”

Trump told reporters his tariff plans will continue to spur growth in America’s industrial capacity. 

Not to mention, he confirmed that these new tariffs are in addition to existing tariffs and are expected to result in $100 billion in revenues.

To underscore his seriousness, Trump said, “This is permanent.”

In addition to the tariffs, Trump discussed his plan to allow Americans to deduct interest payments on cars that are made in America.

If the car is built in the US, there will be no tariffs.

Trump added:

"Our automobile industry will flourish like it's never flourished before.”

The auto tariffs are part of a broader reshaping of global relations by Trump, who plans to impose reciprocal taxes on April 2 that would match the tariffs, sales taxes charged by other nations.

For the first time as president of the United States, President Trump has mentioned Ashli Babbit.

Trump dropped the bombshell in an interview with Newsmax anchor Greg Kelly, vowing to investigate the lawsuit filed by Ashli Babbitt’s family and the Capitol Hill Police officer who shot Babbit on January 6, 2021.

This is explosive because any mention of Ashli Babbit drives the left bonkers.

Why? Because her murder completely explodes the official narrative carved out by Democrats and establishment Republicans like Liz Cheney, that it was Trump supporters who got violent on January 6. 

In reality, it was law enforcement, both undercover and otherwise, who threw pepper spray, tear gas, rubber bullets and yes, even live-fire deadly ammunition in the direction of unarmed protesters.

Ashli Babbitt, a 35-year-old Air Force veteran, was shot to death in cold-blood by a member of the Capitol Police.

In an interview with Greg Kelly from the White House’s Roosevelt Room on Tuesday, Trump expressed outrage over Babbitt’s death, calling her a “really good person” and a “big MAGA fan, Trump fan” who was “innocently standing there” and possibly trying to “hold back the crowd” when Lt. Michael Byrd shot her.

Noting he wasn’t aware that the Department of Justice was reportedly against settling the $30 million wrongful death lawsuit, which has a trial date set for July 2026, Trump said:

“A man did something to her that was unthinkable… I think it’s a disgrace.”

And Trump didn’t stop there. He slammed the fact that Lt. Byrd was cleared of wrongdoing by the DOJ and Capitol Police, promoted to captain in 2023, and remains on the force, per nbcnews.com.

The Trump administration is planning to freeze $120 million in federal family-planning grants to organizations suspected of not complying with the administration’s anti-woke, anti-DEI executive orders. The spending freeze includes $20 million to Planned Parenthood.

The Wall Street Journal reported that the decision concerns whether recipients of Title X family planning dollars are complying with Trump policy against participation in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. 

Upon completion of a compliance review, funds could be restored, permanently rescinded, or redistributed to other entities.

Planned Parenthood facilities in a dozen states would be affected, although the decision would not be tied to their involvement in abortion itself.

If the freeze happens, Planned Parenthood could theoretically regain the money by ridding itself of DEI, something the fiercely partisan organization would be reluctant to do.

Within weeks of returning to office, President Donald Trump reinstated the Hyde Amendment, which forbids most federal funds from directly supporting elective abortions. He also restored the Mexico City Policy, which forbids non-governmental organizations from using taxpayer dollars for elective abortions abroad. He has also cut millions in pro-abortion subsidies by freezing U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) spending.  

But those moves do not yet cut off the nation’s largest abortion chain from the public dole. 

So, congressional Republicans have proposed two measures: the No Taxpayer Funding for Abortion and Abortion Insurance Full Disclosure Act, which permanently bans federal funds from being used for abortion; and the Defund Planned Parenthood Act, which specifically disqualifies the organization and its affiliates.

President Trump, in response Tuesday to a reporter’s question, said his administration would look into Planned Parenthood’s illegal sale of aborted baby body parts.

“That’s certainly a subject that’s been debated for a long time, and we will look into it, yeah,” replied Trump when asked whether he would “maybe look into some criminal prosecutions” for the “harvesting of baby organs” that have been exposed in past years.

NBC News reports that Virginia police looking into the death of former U.S. Attorney Jessica Aber say everything they have found points to “natural causes.”

The investigation into the death of Aber, who was the top prosecutor for the Eastern District of Virginia for over three years, will remain open until the medical examiner’s office issues a final ruling, Alexandria police said Tuesday.

Police said in a statement:

“While the investigation into the death of Ms. Jessica Aber is ongoing, at this time, detectives have found no evidence suggesting that her death was caused by anything other than natural causes.”

Aber, 43, was found by police officers who were called on a report of an unresponsive person at around 9:20 a.m. Saturday.

Aber was appointed as U.S. attorney for the district by President Joe Biden on August 10, 2021.

I’m sorry, but a 43-year-old person doesn’t die of natural causes.

A Maryland library is encouraging kids of all ages to attend a “trans pride party.” The library also plans to host a “drag queen story hour” in June, proof that the recent tide of public opinion against such events hasn’t dampened the left’s eagerness to continue holding them.

Glen Burnie Library, part of the Anne Arundel County library system, is hosting the event on March 31 for International Transgender Day of Visibility.

I kid you not.

The announcement states:

“Bring your friends and family to meet new people, listen to music and make your own pronoun pins. This is a safe space for Trans, nonbinary and gender non-conforming folks of all varieties and their allies.”

The event is listed as appropriate for all ages, including 0-5 year olds.

A British National Health Service nurse has filed a lawsuit after she was punished for calling a convicted transgender pedophile who preyed on boys “mister.”

According to information published March 23 by the Telegraph, NHS nurse Jennifer Melle is taking legal action against the Epsom and St. Helier University Hospitals after she was investigated and disciplined last year for referring to a male patient mister. This person was, mind you, a large, 6-foot, homosexual and gender-confused male pedophile.

According to Christian Concern, Melle said the man, known only as Patient X, “is in a high security male prison after multiple convictions for luring boys into sex acts while pretending to be a teenage girl on social media. Ever since I have expressed my Christian beliefs under extreme pressure, I have been a marked woman.”

The issue began last year when she was treating the male pedophile patient.

Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem said during a televised Cabinet meeting Monday that she plans to eliminate the Federal Emergency Management Agency.

While giving a status update on border security, Noem added, “And we’re going to eliminate FEMA.” She did not elaborate.

President Trump has been highly critical of the emergency management agency, having suggested in the past that he would consider cutting it.

Trump said in January:

“I’ll also be signing an executive order to begin the process of fundamentally reforming and overhauling FEMA, or maybe getting rid of FEMA. I think, frankly, FEMA’s not good.”

However, a recent White House executive order stopped short of getting rid of the agency, instead calling for a review of disaster response policies.

That order calls on the Homeland Security secretary to propose changes and ensure “state and local governments and individuals have improved communications with Federal officials and a better understanding of the Federal role.”

On Saturday, the FBI released a statement warning about the nationwide incidents of arson, gunfire, and vandalism targeting Tesla EVs, dealerships, and charging stations in at least nine states, all linked to political grievances.
