Brannon Howse: May 6, 2010
Topic One: We need to teach our children, grandchildren and fellow Christians that it is not about being popular but about being faithful. True Bible believing Christians are increasingly being labeled as "extremists", "terrorists" "intolerant" and "evil" because we are dissenters of the globalist, humanist worldview of the cultural elite. Topic Two: May Bloomberg predicted that the NY, NY car bomb was the work of "a mentally deranged person or somebody with a political agenda that doesn't like the healthcare bill or something." Topic Three: A new book by Jonathan Alter says President Obama used vulgar term for conservative Americans that oppose socialism and socialized medicine. Topic Four: In September 2009, Obama's website and organization, "Organizing for America" said those that were opposing Obamacare were "right-wing Domestic Terrorists who are subverting the American Democratic Process." Topic Four: In a speech at the University of Michigan on May 1, 2010 President Obama criticized those who speak out using terms such as "socialists, soviet-style takeover" and "fascists". Obama says "At its worst, it can send signals to the most extreme elements of our society that perhaps violence is a justifiable response." Topic Five: An attorney calls in that use to work for the American Family Association Law Center that now lives in Indiana. Brian backs up Brannon's claim that Christians are being labeled as dissenters and mentally unstable by the government. Although Brian has been a licensed attorney in several states and is a fellow of the U.S. Supreme Court, Brian, because of his pro-life background and pro-life work, was told by the state of Indiana that he would have to go to a state picked physiologist for psychology testing. Because Brian stuck to his convictions and told the psychologist, among other things, that he had to obey God's law over man's law, he was labeled as being mentally unstable and was denied a license to practice law in the state of Indiana. The state told him not to re-apply for a law license in Indiana for five years. Do not miss today's program. Send it on to your friends. Topic Six: What Bible verses speak directly to what Christians are facing in America today?
