Brannon's guest is Pastor Bob DeWaay. Topic One: Ephesians 4:11-13 speaks of some being apostles, and some prophets. Why are prophets and apostles NOT for today? We look at these verses in context for the answer. Topic Two: The two requirements for being an apostle were that they saw the risen Lord and that they be appointed by God. Topic Three: Prophets today continually prophecy falsely which further proves they are not legitimate. Topic Four: How C. Peter Wagner promoted the church growth movement passed on felt sociological needs not theology and doctrine. How is Rick Warren connected to this movement and how is the dialectic process being used in seeker friendly churches by change agents in order to move churches away from theology and doctrine? Topic Five: One of the signs of the last days as revealed in I John 2:18-21 is that there will be many anti-christs. These anti-christs are false teachers, false prophets, false apostles that lie and promote apostasy. Topic Six: How do you respond to those that tell you to "not touch God's anointed" when you criticize false teachers? A false teacher is not anointed and I John 2:20 says that the ones who is anointed are Christians who follow the doctrine of Christ as stated in 2 John 9-11. Topic Seven: The New Agers, the Dominion Theology crowd, the Word of Faith crowd, the Emergent Church guys and the cults are all working towards the same goals and from the same demonic realm whether they know it or not. Topic Eight: We take your calls.
