Throughout the New Testament, the early church bore witness of the Gospel by teaching prophecy to the Jews first, and then the Gentiles. There is perhaps no more powerful chapters than Isaiah 52 & 53 in describing the suffering of Jesus Christ for the sins of the world, and the promise of God that He should be raised from the dead.
