President Barack Obama gives the Medal of Freedom to the Justice who called partial-birth abortion an exercise of Constitutional "liberty," while the 1st Circuit Court of Appeals in Boston has declared that a 1996 law defending traditional marriage is "unconstitutional" because it denies gays the alleged right to marry -- even though homosexuality was outlawed in every colony and state in the union, by the same people who wrote the Constitution. Chris also discusses an update on the controversy over President Obama's birth place, as Donald Trump uses the issue in his support for Mitt Romney.
