The Pope has called it part of a "stream of corruption," and admits that homosexuals are influencing Vatican affairs. The story follows earlier reports concerning Angelo Balducci (the Papal Usher, responsible for introducing heads of state to the Pope) who was involved in hiring homosexual prostitutes. When Pope Benedict XVI resigned earlier this year, it was asserted that homosexual scandals involving blackmail had something to do with it. With all this, a growing number of Catholic colleges and universities are showing their support for gay marriage and the homosexual lifestyle overall. But is the immoral influence in Rome a modern anomaly? Or is it the climax of her centuries-old rebellion against God?
