SMYRNA, PERGAMOS & THE SEAT OF SATAN Chris continues his study of the letters to the seven churches in Revelation. The Lord spoke words of encouragement to the persecuted church at Smyrna, warning them of an impending trial as they would be assaulted by the devil. He spoke of their poverty, yet told them they were rich. Meanwhile, those of the church at Pergamos were said to dwell where "Satan's seat" was located. What was the seat of Satan?
