When Jesus healed people, they had to want to be healed. The same is true for those seeking forgiveness….they had to desire it. The woman who wiped her own tears from Jesus’ feet knew that this man could restore her dignity as well as forgive her moral sins. How badly do we want to be restored to fellowship with God?
