Runners in the race of life today need to know one thing never changes: God judges cities and nations that disobey Him. Ancient Babylon was destroyed by the Medes and the Persians after desecrating the temple in Jerusalem. For God, enough was indeed enough. Judgment may be delayed, but it’s always certain. However, Babylon lived on as it’s religion migrated elsewhere.
