The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday unanimously voted 9-0 to block an attempt by an all-Democrat state Supreme Court in Colorado to boot Donald Trump from the 2024 presidential election ballot.

It found that states do not have the constitutional authority to set requirements for federal candidates. That authority rests with the federal government only.

Colorado's Democrat court claimed Trump was guilty of insurrection and therefore ineligible in its failed attempt to interfere in the 2024 election. One state official in Maine and one judge in Illinois had attempted the same ploy.

The Supreme Court ruling stated:

“A group of Colorado voters contends that Section 3 of the 14th Amendment to the Constitution prohibits former President Donald J. Trump, who seeks the presidential nomination of the Republican Party in this year’s election, from becoming President again. The Colorado Supreme Court agreed with that contention. It ordered the Colorado secretary of state to exclude the former President from the Republican primary ballot in the State and to disregard any write-in votes that Colorado voters might cast for him.”

It adds that:

“Former President Trump challenges that decision on several grounds. Because the Constitution makes Congress, rather than the States, responsible for enforcing Section 3 against federal officeholders and candidates, we reverse.”

The court did not rule on the issue of whether or not Trump committed insurrection.

Democrat Congressman Jamie Raskin told CNN he is already working with other Democrats in Congress to remove Trump from the ballot through legislation.

Ruskin told the network:

“I am working with a number of my colleagues including Debbie Wasserman Schultz and Eric Swalwell to revive legislation that we had to set up a process by which we could determine that someone who committed insurrection is disqualified by Section 3 of the 14th Amendment.”

So, they’re not going to drop this effort, folks. Although it would appear their chances are slim of getting such legislation passed by the GOP-led House of Representatives.

NATO’s proxy war against Russia in Ukraine is not only drained of ammunition, but is rapidly running out of military personnel as well. 

Infowars reports that as growing numbers of fighting-age men are either dying in combat, deserting active-duty service, or dodging the draft, the Kiev regime is desperate to round up more draft-eligible men to throw into the meat grinder.

Ukraine’s lack of any clear mobilization strategy aimed at plugging the gaping holes in the ranks of its armed forces is, according to the Washington Post, fueling “deep divisions in Ukraine’s parliament and more broadly in Ukrainian society.”

Despite mounting losses, which Ukrainian President Zelensky has been downplaying to siphon more money from the pockets of American and European taxpayers, there is still no political consensus on how to remedy the severe shortage of troops in the field.

There is a growing split between Zelensky and his top military commanders on a plan to conscript the thousands of soldiers they need as Russia continues to advance after liberating the one village after another in eastern Ukraine.

As a result, the news outlet reports that Ukraine’s military has been “relying on a hodgepodge of recruiting efforts and sown panic among fighting-age men.”

It referenced the package of aid to Kiev still stalled in the U.S. Congress, adding that many of Ukraine’s men “have gone into hiding, worried that they will be drafted into an ill-equipped army and sent to certain death.”

People who did not comply with COVID-19 vaccine requirements were hesitant because they knew someone who had experienced a health problem after getting the injection, according to recent research.

“Knowing someone who experienced a health problem following COVID-19 injection reduced the likelihood of injection,” reported the International Journal of Vaccine Theory, Practice and Research.

Such people “were more likely to oppose injection mandates and passports.”

Conversely, the journal said that “knowing someone who had health problems following the COVID-19 illness increased the likelihood of injection.”

Among those who were aware of at least one individual who experienced COVID-19 injection adverse events, they said they knew about 57 deaths following vaccination.

“The health issues reported ranged from serious problems such as cardiac arrests and other heart-related problems, blood clots and other circulatory problems, to neurological issues, as well as milder effects such as feeling sick, headache, fever, etc.”

One of the world’s most populated cities is almost out of water.

Mexico City is home to nearly 22 million people. But for months, the sprawling city has been suffering from diminishing water supplies — and now, the city is on the verge of a so-called Day Zero where it will no longer have enough water for its residents.  

Citing the Water Basin Organization of the Valley of Mexico, local outlet La Razón of México reported last week that officials fear this day zero could come as early as June 26 and last until September. Locals are already struggling to have enough water, with many going, according to CBS News, “days, if not weeks, without running water in their houses.”

It's gotten so bad that gyms in Mexico City and other public parks have had to start limiting the number of guests they have taking showers and using their facilities, because a lot of people were taking advantage of their memberships to use water at those facilities.

Local resident Juan Ortega told Reuters in January that among the rules implemented to try and conserve water is that cars are no longer washed. He said:

“The garden, the grass, is never watered, only the plants so that they don't die. We are going to start reusing water from washing machines for watering.”

The White House’s latest initiative to carry out its brand of combating misinformation, disinformation, and malinformation (which is now referred to by the handy “MDM” acronym) continues to co-opt the education sector.

The Department of Justice agency the National Institute for Justice (NIJ) is behind the funding effort that is said to be designed to study and research “effective technologies and tools for identification, moderation, and/or removal of extremist content.”

A grant worth $1 million will be spent to come up with a dashboard featuring an MDM tracker, which is supposed to surveil the internet for both speech, and narratives, and do so in real time. The project’s official name is, “Networks and Pathways of Violent Extremism: Effectiveness of Mis/Disinformation Campaigns.”

And reports say that the targeted speech coincides with “contentious political events.” Critics say that the taxpayer dollars here are in reality going towards suppression of conservative and religious groups, rather than as declared, violent extremists.

The recipient of the grant is South Carolina-based Clemson University. Researchers there are expected to come up with computer models that will keep an eye on accounts singled out as MDM peddlers and identify people associated with allegedly spreading MDM.

Eventually, the effort should produce the real-time tracking dashboard.

Regular citizens may not benefit from this project – considering the fluid nature of the very definitions of misinformation and its companions.

But the grant does specify who will benefit: law enforcement and policymakers.

This is by no means the only initiative of the kind coming from the Biden regime. Since the current U.S. president came to power, $39 million went to MDM research from the National Science Foundation alone, also in some cases involving prominent educational institutions, such as the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Former South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley was the winner in the Washington, DC, Republican primary election on Sunday evening, beating Donald Trump by a wide margin.

Yet, even in getting a win, it’s a loss for Haley.

There’s no pride in the fact that the only set of voting Republicans Haley can claim a victory with is the most globalist, most RINO Republicans in the nation, those who reside in the District of Columbia.

Haley, a lobbyist favorite, beat former President Donald Trump by nearly 30 points with Republican voters in the nation’s capital — known more colloquially as “the swamp.”  

The Associated Press called the race around 8:30 p.m., with Haley ahead 63 percent to 33 percent.

Broken down, nearly 1,300 voters cast a ballot for Haley and nearly 680 for Trump.

That tells you just how few Republicans even reside in D.C. They are a tiny minority. And, among them, those preferring the more globalist candidate outnumbered those favoring the more nationalist candidate by 2 to 1.

Haley has lost every other Republican primary so far, including in her home state of South Carolina. Haley notably spent over $76 million trying to defeat Trump in four primary states: Michigan, South Carolina, New Hampshire, and Iowa.

Haley is the last Republican challenger to stay in the race despite half a dozen Trump victories in early voting states. Haley told NBC’s Meet the Press on Sunday that she is planning to stay in the race “as long as we are competitive.”

Gun Owners of America, a conservative firearm rights group, spoke out against Texas Senator John Cornyn's bid to replace Kentucky Senator Mitch McConnell as Senate Republican leader.

Gun Owners of America Federal Affairs Director Aidan Johnston said last week in a statement posted by the group on X:

“The Senate deserves a conservative pro-gun leader, and John Cornyn is not that person. Every time a gun issue comes up, he’s right there with a compromise. And that’s not leadership. That’s just capitulation to gun control.”

Johnston reiterated his group's opposition in comments to Fox News Digital on Saturday. 

“In the eyes of gun owners and all those who treasure our liberties, the traitor from Texas’ record makes him wholly unfit to lead Republicans in the Senate.”

Cornyn announced his bid to replace McConnell last Thursday.

Johnston also spelled out specifically how Cornyn has betrayed Second Amendment advocates, stating:

“Senator Cornyn is responsible for helping pass the so-called Bipartisan Safer Communities Act that, among other things, bribes states to enact ‘red-flag’ gun confiscation laws, creates a national de facto wait period for young adults to buy a gun, and creates a backdoor ATF rule to eliminate the private sale of firearms.”

Johnston called the law's provisions “gross infringements on the Second Amendment.”

The Safer Communities Act urges states to pass “red flag” laws that allow the public and law enforcement to petition courts to issue an order temporarily suspending a person's access to firearms over concerns that the person may pose a danger to themselves or others. While that may sound good on the surface, the truly sinister part rarely mentioned by red-flag law advocates is that your right to own a weapon can be stripped away without due process of law.

Johnston added: “The best thing Senator Cornyn could do for gun rights is join Mitch McConnell in retirement.”

McConnell is not retiring from his position as senator, only as GOP leader.

The U.S. began adding $1 trillion worth of debt about every three months beginning last June, a Bank of America investment strategist first pointed out in an investment note published last week.

The national debt is currently $34.5 trillion and rising. It surpassed $34 trillion for the first time in U.S. history on January 4th.

Three months prior, the debt first reached $33 trillion on September 15, 2023. Three months prior to that, it first reached $32 trillion on June 15, 2023.

“The national debt is the amount of money the federal government has borrowed to cover the outstanding balance of expenses incurred over time,” the Treasury Department explains. “Simply put, the national debt is similar to a person using a credit card for purchases and not paying off the full balance each month. The cost of purchases exceeding the amount paid off represents a deficit, while accumulated deficits over time represents a person’s overall debt.”

The national deficit is $531.86 billion fiscal year to date.

“Compared to the national deficit of $460 billion for the same period last year (Oct 2022 - Jan 2023), our national deficit has increased by $72 billion,” the federal agency tasked with U.S. fiduciary responsibility states.

Michael Hartnett, a Bank of America strategist, predicts a 100-day pattern will continue, with the national debt reaching $35 trillion this month.

Last November, Moody’s Investors Service lowered the U.S. federal government’s credit ratings from “stable” to “negative” citing the national debt and growing budget deficit.

Palestinian Islamic Jihad is calling for the Islamic holy month of Ramadan to be filled with “terror and panic,” and for the first day of the month to be a “global day of support for Gaza,” according to a statement issued by Abu Hamza, the spokesperson for al-Quds Brigades, the terrorist group's military wing.

“We say to the Arabs and Muslims, just as you turn to Allah with the obligatory prayers and fasting [in the holy month Ramadan], mobilize and head to Palestine with arms and the duty of Jihad,” Hamza said in a more than 12-minute video posted on the group's official Telegram channel that was translated by an Iran-aligned media outlet in Lebanon.

“Let Ramadan be a month of terror and panic for the Israeli entity,” he also said. 

Hamza slammed what he views as Islamic governments following the United States rather than helping the Palestinians. He asked:

“Is it not time for you to cast off the garment of servitude and humiliation to the great Satan, America, and follow in the footsteps of the honorable?” 

He also addressed Islamic nations “who possess armies, planes, and artillery,” asking, “Is it not time for you to mobilize your weapons, following in the footsteps of the free people of Yemen, Lebanon, and Iraq?”

Ramadan, a month of dawn-to-dusk fasting for religious Muslims, is expected to begin the evening of Sunday, March 10, with the fast starting the morning of March 11.

The Gateway Pundit reports that US National Guardsman Jack Teixeira was officially charged in April 2023 with leaking secret Pentagon documents. Teixeira was charged with six counts of willful retention and transmission of classified documents relating to national defense.

On Tuesday, he pleaded guilty to leaking the documents and was sentenced to 16 years in federal prison.

Notice that man was described as a “she” by the woman who introduced him. How can a military fighting force perform up to standards when it can’t even recognize the difference between a man and a woman? Can’t even define what makes a woman?

These same Air Force cadets have no doubt been brainwashed to believe there are “pregnant persons,” not pregnant women.

And notice, also from the introduction of this man and so-called leader, that he is on the speakers’ list of Pentagon personnel who travels abroad to spew his nonsense about “inclusion” to countries around the world. He’s probably convincing NATO allied countries to advance up the ranks similar mentally ill men pretending to be women.

Can you see Russian and Chinese military generals laughing as they watch this insanity among their rivals in the West?
