Brannon Howse: July 5, 2018
Topic: Al Mohler, Revoice, & The Jesuits. Topic: The Jesuits have been pushing the “Christian LGBT” agenda for years. In fact, their messaging sounds very familiar to what is going on now within evangelicalism and its push of the LGBT Christian agenda. Have the Jesuits or their disciples influenced key evangelical leaders? Why would the social justice, Liberation Theology Jesuits want to use the LGBT agenda to destroy protestant evangelicalism? Topic: WVW Broadcast Network’s Worldview Radio with Brannon Howse was the first national radio broadcast to break the story of the pro-LGBT Christian conference Revoice, with our guest and WVW reporter, Thomas Littleton. Littleton, as a reporter for WVWBN, went to the SBC convention in June of 2018 to confront and interview Mohler about Revoice. Littleton did just that and on June 22, 2018 Mohler released a podcast in an apparent attempt to distance himself from the Revoice controversy and its founder and director, Nate Collins, who reportedly taught at Mohler’s seminary until recently, got his PHD at Mohler’s Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, and also wrote his pro-Gay Christian book while at SBTS. Today Brannon plays clips from Mohler’s podcast. Mohler speaks about the organizers but never tells his audience about his and his seminaries’ connection to Nate Collins. Mohler NEVER condemns the Revoice conference but simply expresses concerns. Mohler even shows his lack of discernment, ignorace, or complicity when he says we should take the Revoice organizers at their words as to their goals. WHY, AL? You will also hear audio of Mohler on the stage at a pastor’s conference on the west coast, quickly condemning Trump voters as possibly being non-evangelical, non-Christians, lacking discernment, and folks that do not attend church. Apparently Mohler only has condemnation for true Christians voting for a magistrate within secular government while merely expressing concerns and giving the benefit of the doubt to a pro-Queer-Christian conference within evangelicalism. Topic: Some of the folks involved in Revoice believe that same-sex attraction was actually in the Garden of Eden before the fall. Now, how perverted is that? Hear Mohler report on this himself, and yet he still cannot bring himself to condemn Revoice and its organizers and speakers as dangerous, heretical, blasphemous, and people not to be trusted or taken at their word. Mohler should call for such men to be exposed and avoided as such men that have risen from within as the Apostle Paul instructs us to do in Acts 20. Topic: Brannon and WVWBN have warned about Mohler and men like him for years, and now popular reformed teachers who have spent years promoting him and others within the Gospel Coalition, who refused to hear the warnings about Mohler and other Gospel Coalition change agents, are now apparently trying to figure out how to separate themselves, their reputation and their ministry from these men because donors are reportedly jumping ship from their ministries for having ties to men like Mohler and others at the Gospel Coalition. What a sad day it is when evangelical leaders are more concerned about the demand of donors over the demands of Biblical doctrine.
