Learn how many states in America legalized eugenics. Learn how many foundations promoted eugenics and then after Hitler came to power they began to fund Nazi eugenics programs. In a 1927 Supreme Court ruling, Justice Oliver Wendell Holmes praised eugenics and laid the foundation for many in America to be subjected to forced sterilization.
