LUTHER ON BAPTISMAL REGENERATION
Chris answers an important email from one of our listeners who asked if Martin Luther believed the doctrine of Baptismal Regeneration.  The doctrine (typically based on Mark 16:16) claims that water baptism is necessary for salvation.  But is this what Luther believed?  The best answer comes from Luther himself.
