FLAVEL & THE UNGODLY NATION Chris continues his discussion of the Biblical warnings concerning what happens to a nation that forgets God, as described in the book of Judges. In the 17th century, a Puritan minister named John Flavel published his "Warnings to an Ungodly Nation," describing the process of how the Lord warns a nation beforehand, so that they might repent before entering into judgment. Flavel argues that because God does not change, His warnings apply in every generation.
