Chris discusses some of the unique (and largely forgotten) accounts recorded in the massive work, “The History of Protestantism” by 19th century historian, J.A. Wylie. The record shows how Protestants in Europe suffered many persecutions and massacres at the hands of Rome, and while slow to take up arms in their own defense, eventually went to war to defend the free preaching of the Gospel.
