ROMANS 13 & THE PERIL OF ENGLAND
Chris discusses the continued decline of civilization in the United Kingdom, as it is reported that a firearm is discharged “up to every six hours” in London — a city that has been “gun-free” since 1997 when the British government disarmed the common people. Since then, crime has gotten increasingly worse, with the city of London now exceeding the murder rate of New York for the first time in two hundred years. What does the Bible tell us about the responsibility of those in power? Can the State look the other way at wickedness and evil? Or does government have the responsibility as “the minister of God” to destroy the wicked from the land, and defend the righteous?
