Joining Jim to discuss sustainable development and the 2030 Agenda was Tom DeWeese. Tom is the president of the American Policy Center. He is one of the nation's leading advocates of individual liberty, free enterprise, private property rights, personal privacy, back-to-basics education and American sovereignty and independence and protecting our Constitutionally guaranteed rights. According to Tom, sustainable development is a comprehensive blueprint for changing human society while using the environment as the excuse to control consumption patterns and growth in our communities. Social justice is a major point as well. However, he believes social justice within the context of sustainable development involves redistribution of wealth and top-down control.
