Usama Dakdok is the founder of the StraightWay of Grace Ministry. He was born and raised in a Christian home in Egypt. He was taught Islam just as all students are and also studied Islamic law (Shariah). He has translated the Qur'an into English and hosts a daily radio program, 'Revealing the Truth About Islam.' Jim had Usama comment on the following news stories that indicate how Islam's influence continues to grow in the United States: --In New York's 7th Municipal District Court, a Muslim woman was sworn in as judge by taking the oath of office on a Qur'an. --President Obama appoints a policy advisor whose known as a friend of the terrorist group, Hamas. He will be the new czar in charge of countering ISIS. --U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch pledges that she will take aggressive action against anyone who uses anti-Muslim rhetoric that she deems as inspiring violence. --On Monday the White House began staff level meetings and calls with religious leaders to discuss how they could combat growing anti-Muslim sentiment in the U.S. --After an arsonist is alleged to have attacked a Somali restaurant in Grand Forks, North Dakota, a newspaper communicates that anti-Muslim sentiment has been fueled by several visits from Usama Dakdok.
