Since this round can be shot with a pistol, the Obama administration is arguing for a ban because it's not for sporting purposes. --Connecticut Senator Chris Murphy wants to limit standard magazines across the entire nation to 10 rounds. --No new guns can be sold in California that don't have micro-stamping capability from the hammer to the bullet so that it can be determined what gun the bullet was fired from. --The Concealed Carry Reciprocity Act (S-498/HR-923)--If you're licensed to carry in your home state, you'd be legal to carry in all 50 states.
