This morning we received word that Dr. John C Whitcomb, Founder and President of Whitcomb Ministries went home to be with the Lord, last night in his sleep.  He was 95 years old.  He was a theologian and also a young earth creationist.  As a matter of fact, Dr. Whitcomb was known as one of the fathers of the modern creation movement.  He along with Dr. Henry Morris co-authored “The Genesis Flood” which propelled the creation movement.  Joining us for a brief visit today was Paul Scharf, who since 2003 has been a Ministry Assistant for Whitcomb Ministries.
