Things are heating up as the liberal “left” prepares for President Trump's pick for the Supreme Court to fill the vacancy being left by retiring Justice Anthony Kennedy.

Jim reported news from The Daily Caller that the group, RefuseFascism.org, is planning a nationwide protest tonight after the president reveals who his nominee will be. The protests will span 12 American cities regardless of who the president picks.

Joining Jim to discuss this ongoing story was Mat Staver. Mat is founder and chairman of Liberty Counsel, a non-profit litigation, education, and policy organization dedicated to advancing religious freedom, the sanctity of human life, and the family. Mat has argued two landmark cases before the Supreme Court.
The core of this broadcast centered around Mat's comments concerning four individuals the president has tapped for the vacancy including: Brett Kavanaugh (Age 53), Raymond Kethledge (Age 51), Amy Coney Barrett (Age 46), and Thomas Hardiman (Age 53).

Discussion also involved various senators and their views on the Supreme Court opening, the Roe v. Wade factor, NARAL's reaction, court-packing and more.
