During the second quarter hour, Mat Staver from Liberty Counsel joined Jim as listener attention turned to one specific subject centering on Madison, Wisconsin.  School administrators allowed a male science teacher in the Madison Metropolitan School District to show a personal, transgender, ‘coming out’ video to every class of K-5th grade children at Allis Elementary School.

There was no warning that this was about to take place, therefore Mat believes this is a violation of the rights of the students and the parents.  He communicated that Liberty Counsel has issued a public records request and they will be going to the school board.
