Some locations chosen were meant to send a message to the U.S. --President Obama comes under attack for doing the tango and taking in other pleasures on his visits to Cuba and Argentina amid the deadly terror attacks in Brussels. --President Obama compared the relationship between the U.S. and Cuba to that of estranged brothers. --President Obama said groups like ISIL can't defeat or destroy us.
