Crosstalk: October 23, 2019

Crosstalk has warned about the LGBTQ indoctrination that’s taking place and what that’s meant in terms of everything from cartoons to children’s textbooks.

In light of that, this broadcast looked at an extremely troubling case from Dallas, Texas, that is getting almost no media coverage.  It involves a father who’s trying to protect his 7-year-old son from a so-called ‘gender transition’ being instigated by the boy’s mother.

Joining Jim to report on this case was Madeleine Jacob who’s a reporter for LifeSiteNews.com.

Jeff Younger is the father of twin boys, James and Jude.  Jeff and his ex-wife, Dr. Anne Georgulas, began divorce proceedings when the boys were about 3-years- old.  At one point when Jeff was no longer living in the same house as the boys, they visited his apartment. Jeff inquired as to why James was playing with a rag over his head.  James replied that his mother told him that he’s a girl. In fact, James had been enrolled in Kindergarten as a girl named ‘Luna.’ So throughout the divorce proceedings, there’s been efforts to have Jeff affirm James in his new gender role.

James and Jude are not the biological sons of Dr. Anne Georgulas.  It came out during testimony that the two boys, who are twins, are the product of in-vitro fertilization and Mr. Younger and Dr. Georgulas selected the egg donor and got to pick the sex of the boys as well.

The case went to the jury yesterday.  Dr. Georgulas brought a petition to the court.  Mr. Younger filed a counter-petition and he requested a jury trial because he wasn’t confident that he’d get a positive ruling based on some previous rulings and what he sees as bias from the judge.  So after hearing a week of testimony, the jury got to rule just on Mr. Younger’s side of the case. The judge will be ruling on child possession, support and other requests from Dr. Georgulas tomorrow, October 23, at 1:30pm CST.
