From September 25th through the 27th, the United Nations will host a sustainable development summit in New York. This new agenda is said to be guided by the purposes and principles of the charter of the United Nations. It's called the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. Specific goals of the plan are to begin implementation on January 1, 2016. Joining Jim to discuss sustainable development and the 2030 Agenda was Tom DeWeese.
