Looking at Europe, Shahram believes that Islamic immigrants have had such an impact that Muslims have gained the upper hand and are now declaring the continent to be in the upper house of Islam (Dar al-Islam). In other words, European nations thought that Muslims would come in and assimilate and co-exist.
