David Farnell explains how a small group of men in the 1919 met in Philadelphia to see how they might warn and equip the church in America to refute the attack on the inerrancy of the Word of God. Many of these men started Christian Bible colleges to train the next generation of pastors for the battle. Yet, today almost all of those institutions they founded are today promoting the very heretical ideas these men sought to oppose by founding these institutions. Brannon, upon hearing the name of one of these men mentioned by David, shares how many of his immediate family members, including his wife, attended Northwestern Bible college that was started by William B. Riley and how that institution today and the national radio network it operates, is undermining the very some of the Biblical doctrine and theology defended by the founder, William B. Riley. Riley had a few major issues wrong but he did stand strong for the inerrancy of Scripture. The fact the institutions these men started after their 1919 meeting have fallen so far can help us see how fast apostasy can come sweeping in.
