The Times and the Seasons | 1 Thessalonians 5:1-11 | Part 2: The title of our message today is “The Times and the Seasons.” The Apostle Paul has written to the church at Thessalonica, in this his earliest letter in the Bible, from about 52 A.D. In it, he points to a day that is coming that cannot be ignored, what the Old Testament prophets called “The Day of the LORD.’ It is a horrible time of judgment, punishment, destruction and suffering for those who oppose God.
