What you Should and How You Could | 1 Thessalonians 2:5-12 | Part 1 We are coming back to chapter 2 of First Thessalonians, and Paul has some encouraging things to say to the church there in Thessalonica. This is likely the earliest written book in the New Testament of the Bible, dating to approximately 52 A.D. – nearly 20 years after the death, resurrection and departure into the clouds of the Lord Jesus Christ. And so now the “good news” about the Messiah is being spread to many places, and the people in churches like this one are the ones “approved by God to be entrusted with the gospel of God.”
