Jimmy and Ken will discuss Putin making a move to set up a military operation for Russian in Libya, on the continent of Africa, a first for the Russians; Russia already has a naval and ground force bases in Syria and now Iran wants a base in Syria also; Saudi Arabia and OPEC have decided to cut back on oil production, to raise the price of oil; and an Israeli Air Force official says that "Syria is a global stage.......and everyone wants to play there."
