There is a report that the Russian forces in Syria have killed the leader of IS. There is no absolute evidence that this information in the reports is true. On PTIB today Jimmy DeYoung will ask Ken Timmerman about this report, in addition, Jimmy and Ken will discuss the Russian protest against President Putin; the Qatar situation, and Turkey's interest in Qatar; and the Russian report that the United States has placed a number of US rocket launchers in Syria, which seems to be an escalation of US involvement in the Syrian Civil War.
