Often on PTIB we discuss a very important issue for the Church, an issue that must have a Biblical understanding for each of us to be able to live-out our daily walk with the Lord. This time we have a very practical issue to discuss, the "Pastoral Transitions". Jimmy DeYoung and Dave James will reveal that these times of transition could be very dangerous for the church; there are some Biblical principles that must be followed; and there are some very important questions that the church making a pastoral transition must ask all potential candidates for the position of Pastor of your church.
