Today in Jerusalem, Israel and in fact all around the Jewish world, Jewish people will mostly be "fasting" on the most solemn day on the Jewish calendar, Yom Kippur. Jimmy DeYoung will talk with Steve Herzig, a former religious Jew, and they will focus on the very holy day. Jimmy and Steve will discuss, first, the Ten Days of Awe, the ten days leading up to Yom Kippur; the fact that the Jews want to be included in the "Book of Life"; a look at Yom Kippur during Biblical times when there was a Temple in Jerusalem; and how Jews today honor Yom Kippur; and how to use this Jewish holy day to reach out to our Jewish friends and tell them about the true Messiah.
