God set in place local Churches for the purpose of teaching Biblical Doctrine in those Churches. Today there is a thinking that the local church doesn't have all the knowledge to teach some doctrines, like eschatology, the study of the end times, Bible Prophecy. Therefore, men go out and promote and produce large "Prophecy Conferences" and gather thousands to come to hear the teaching of some "non-Biblical" Prophecy Teachers. Independent Prophecy Conferences, with no accountability, are not God's Plan for teaching doctrine, especially the doctrine of the last days.
