They will discuss the fact that Syria has started using new weapons from Russia in their civil war; Assad says he will not quit under pressure; an Iranian official says that the Saudis should no longer handle the Mecca Hajj; and President Putin says IS has designs on Mecca, Medina, Jerusalem and they also endanger the EU and Russia.
