Leading off tonight, a long-time FBI whistleblower has come forward with bombshell allegations that the deep state is actively destroying government files that could link them to crimes against the American people.

Former FBI agent Garret O’Boyle on Monday told conservative activist and commentator Benny Johnson that FBI employees are working around the clock to delete evidence from agency servers even as reformers Kash Patel and Dan Bongino have taken over.

He explained to Johnson:

“There are FBI servers which are sort of standalone…People inside the FBI have been working night and day to destroy files on these servers. I was told that the way these files are destroyed, not even Elon Musk can restore them. That’s happening right now as we speak.”

Boyle said he did not know what the data was but speculated it was related to the Epstein list and the FBI’s subversive measures against Americans.

Boyle later told independent journalist Michael Shellenberger the same information and explained that he had also informed Kash Patel.

Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL), who called out Attorney General Pam Bondi for supposedly slow-walking the release of the Epstein and JFK files, replied by saying there needs to be a criminal investigation into the destruction of evidence at the FBI.

A Biden-appointed federal judge on Tuesday ordered the Trump administration to comply with a temporary order preventing it from pausing the funding of certain foreign-aid packages. He gave the State Department until Wednesday night to pay all bills for contracted work completed before February 13.

According to a CBS News report, U.S. District Judge Amir Ali, one of Biden’s last appointees before leaving office, granted a motion to enforce his temporary restraining order from February 13. It required the State Department and the U.S. Agency for International Development, or USAID, to restore foreign-assistance funds for contracts and other awards while proceedings continue in a case brought by a group of businesses and nonprofits that do foreign-aid work.

The contractors argued they have been cut off from federal dollars or forced to stop work because of Trump's executive action, and a subsequent directive from Secretary of State Marco Rubio, that froze foreign development aid for 90 days.

Under Ali's ruling, the State Department and USAID must pay any invoices and drawdown requests owed before February 13 by midnight Wednesday. Ali also ordered the government to turn over any internal directives from the State Department or USAID leadership telling employees to comply with the court's restraining order.

At an emergency hearing Tuesday, a Justice Department lawyer was unable to provide specifics on what steps the Trump administration was taking to restore funding for foreign-aid programs.

Ali asked, “Twelve days into the temporary restraining period, you can't give me any facts about funds being unfrozen under the temporary restraining order?”

An attorney for the plaintiffs argued that the government has done nothing to make these payments happen.

USAID managed more than $40 billion in appropriations in 2023, according to the Congressional Research Service, with a large portion of the funding awarded to U.S. organizations that grant funds to local partners worldwide.

USAID has funded shockingly wasteful projects such as DEI in Serbia, transgender comic books in Peru, and condoms for Gaza, just to name a few. And now, because of this radical Biden judge, the Trump administration is being curtailed in its ability to cut off this abusive use of American tax dollars.

Twenty-one staffers of the Elon Musk-led Department of Government Efficiency, or DOGE, have resigned, saying in a letter sent Tuesday to White House chief of staff Susie Wiles that they “will not lend our expertise to carry out or legitimize DOGE's actions.”

The staffers said they were part of the U.S. Digital Service, a White House office created in 2014 by former President Barack Obama. The office was renamed the United States DOGE Service by President Trump via an executive order on his first day in office. 

In other words, these were woke staffers whose employment predated the creation of DOGE.

In response to news of the letter, DOGE official Katie Miller posted on X, “These were full remote workers who hung Trans flags from their workplaces.”

Alex Newman of The Liberty Sentinel reports that Senator Mike Lee of Utah and Congressman Chip Roy of Texas reintroduced legislation that would completely remove U.S. funding and involvement from the United Nations. 

With President Donald Trump, who has already taken steps to pull back from the globalist U.N., Newman says there is a historic opportunity to get this legislation passed.

Arguments for withdrawal are numerous. Consider, just for starters, the thousands of accusations against U.N. peacekeeping troops over the last decade alleging rape and sexual abuse of women and children. 

Newman writes:

“Uncovered through an investigation by the Associated Press, the 2,000 accusations, almost none of which resulted in anyone being punished, are just the tip of a massive iceberg of horror, the fruits of an evil organization run by evil forces.”

He adds that,

“Americans right now have the best opportunity in generations to get the United States out of the UN and the UN out of the United States. It will take hard work and a great deal of effort. But setting the globalist establishment back by decades while preserving American freedom and independence is well worth the price.”

This next story is, frankly, more than a little disturbing, but I don’t think it should surprise any of us who have been following the advancing techno-tyranny on a global scale.

At a recent holiday festival in China, an AI-powered humanoid robot suddenly stopped, advanced toward a crowd of people, and attempted to attack them before security intervened.

According to Gadget X Trends, Chinese officials blamed a software glitch for causing the robot’s erratic, violent behavior, dismissing any possibility of intentional harm. 

Gadget X wrote in a post to X: “This comes after an AI-controlled drone reportedly targeted its human operator, raising fresh concerns about AI safety.”

When we see a robot strangely trying to act like a human, we can’t say we weren’t warned. If it’s programmed to be violent, it will be violent.

The Gateway Pundit reports that White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt announced Tuesday that the White House Correspondents Association will no longer hold its iron grip over deciding which news outlets get a seat in the coveted White House press pool.

Leavitt said:

“This administration is shaking up Washington in more ways than one, that’s what we were elected to do. A select group of DC-based journalists should no longer have a monopoly over the privilege of press access at the White House.”

She said the White House Correspondents Association “has long dictated which journalists get to ask questions of the President of the United States in these most intimate spaces, (but) not anymore.”

The Associated Press asked a federal judge for an emergency restraining order against the administration and to restore its access to the White House after it was booted from the Oval Office over its refusal to acknowledge President Trump’s executive order renaming the Gulf of Mexico.

Even Google and Apple have acknowledged the name change, to Gulf of America, but the leftist AP didn’t want to recognize the change.

On Monday, a federal judge denied the AP’s emergency motion to restore its access to the White House press pool.

Leavitt responded to this news, stating, “Covering the American presidency in the most intimate and limited spaces in this White House, in the Oval Office, on Air Force One is a privilege. It is not a legal right.”

The Telegraph reports that Iran has put its defense systems around its nuclear sites on high alert amid fears of an attack by Israel and the U.S.

According to two high-level government sources, the Islamic Republic of Iran has also been bolstering defenses around key nuclear and missile sites, which include the deployment of additional air-defense batteries.

The measures follow warnings from U.S. intelligence to both the Biden and Trump administrations that Israel would likely target key Iranian nuclear sites this year.

One source told The Telegraph:

“They [Iranian authorities] are just waiting for the attack and are anticipating it every night and everything has been on high alert, even in sites that no one knows about. Work to fortify nuclear sites has been ongoing for years but it has intensified over the past year.”

He added that:

“Recent developments, including Donald Trump’s comments and reports about potential plans from his administration to strike Iran, have further intensified activities.”

Israel and Iran have been engaged in a long shadow war, mainly between Israel and the Islamic Republic’s proxies.

Since the war in Gaza began in 2023, both sides have carried out daring attacks on each other.

Iran now fears that with the support of Trump, who has advocated for Israel to hit Iran’s nuclear facilities, an Israeli attack is imminent.

The official acknowledged that any big strike could leave Iran vulnerable against its defense systems which were heavily weakened by last year’s Israel strikes.

Bloomberg reports that Tesla’s sales plunged 45% last month in Europe, even as rival carmakers saw a surge in demand for electric vehicles.

The Elon Musk-led company registered only 9,945 cars in January, down from just over 18,000 a year ago, according to the European Automobile Manufacturers’ Association. EV sales soared 37% for the overall industry, with carmakers posting big gains in Germany and the UK.

All except for Tesla, whose stock has tumbled 23% this year, partly because of its slumping sales in Europe.

Tesla is contending with blowback from its chief executive officer becoming an increasingly polarizing figure in global politics. After emerging as a leading donor to Donald Trump during last year’s election cycle, Elon Musk set his sights on Europe, backing conservative parties and blasting incumbents.

His political activism has hurt Tesla’s sales in countries dominated by socialists and globalists and where plenty of other EV options exist for woke buyers to choose from.

Tesla registered only 1,277 new cars last month in Germany, its lowest monthly total since July 2021. Sales in France plummeted 63% in its worst showing there since August 2022.

The company also sold fewer vehicles than China’s BYD Company for the first time ever in the UK. Tesla’s sales slumped almost 8% in an EV market that grew 42% last month.

YouGov conducted polls in Germany and the UK in mid-January that found Musk was viewed unfavorably and that his meddling in the countries’ politics was unwelcome.

Ukraine has tentatively agreed to President Trump's mineral rights deal, the Financial Times is reporting. 

As recently as Sunday, Zelensky was openly resistant to the terms being offered.

Financial Times reported Tuesday:

“Kiev has agreed terms with Washington on a minerals deal that Ukrainian officials hope will improve relations with the Trump administration and pave the way for a long-term U.S. security commitment. Ukrainian officials say Kyiv is now ready to sign the agreement on jointly developing its mineral resources, including oil and gas, after the U.S. dropped demands for a right to $500 billion in potential revenue from exploiting the resources.”

Snippets of draft agreements have been leaked, but little in the way of details.

Europe is offering its own rival version, which could be part of yet more efforts to stall and sabotage a Washington deal. 

The U.S. has said no to NATO membership for Ukraine, even as some European leaders continue to push this dangerous and war-provoking future scenario.

It's not just Ukraine that is negotiating with Trump on a deal for its energy and rare-earth resources.

Trump is also talking with Russia about a similar deal.

In a wide-ranging interview with Russia 1 TV, President Putin touted that his country is in talks with the United States over cooperating on what he described as major joint-economic projects.

His remarks Monday came two weeks following his first phone call with President Trump after Trump took office for the second time. Putin said, “Some Russian and American companies are in contact and discussing major projects.”

This is being confirmed by the U.S. side as well, given Trump in a Truth Social post also revealed that major economic development transactions which will take place between the US and Russia are in the works. He said ongoing discussions are “proceeding very well,” coming off last week's bilateral talks led by Secretary of State Marco Rubio and Russia's Sergey Lavrov.

They may expose citizens of America to Third World diseases eradicated a generation ago.

“Put simply, the Biden administration's actions allowed millions of individuals to enter the country illegally and bring with them all of the diseases to which they had been exposed. We invited every microbe on the planet onto our soil.”

Is it any surprise that a state like Kansas is currently dealing with its worst-ever outbreak of TB? Or that Texas is experiencing its largest measles outbreak in three decades?
