Good evening and welcome to the Worldview Report.
Leading off tonight, a federal judge on Thursday blocked President Trump’s directives that threatened to cut federal funding for public schools with diversity, equity and inclusion programs.
The ruling came in a lawsuit brought by the National Education Association and the American Civil Liberties Union, which accused the Republican administration of giving unconstitutionally vague guidance and violating teachers’ First Amendment rights.
A second judge on Thursday postponed the effective date of some U.S. Education Department anti-DEI guidance, ruling in a separate case filed by the American Federation of Teachers in Maryland.
In February, the department told schools and colleges they needed to end any practice that differentiates people based on their race. Earlier this month, it ordered states to gather signatures from local school systems certifying compliance with civil rights laws, including the rejection of what the federal government calls “illegal DEI practices.”
The directives do not carry the force of law but threaten to use civil rights enforcement to rid schools of DEI practices. Schools were warned that continuing such practices “in violation of federal law” could lead to U.S. Justice Department litigation and a termination of federal grants and contracts.
New Hampshire U.S. District Court Judge Landya McCafferty, an Obama appointee, said the letter does not make clear what the department believes a DEI program entails or when it believes such programs cross the line into violating civil rights law.
She wrote, “The Letter does not even define what a ‘DEI program’ is.”
The judge also said there is reason to believe the department's actions amount to a violation of the free-speech rights of teachers. She wrote:
“A professor runs afoul of the 2025 Letter if she expresses the view in her teaching that structural racism exists in America, but does not do so if she denies structural racism’s existence. That is textbook viewpoint discrimination.”

President Trump signed a new batch of executive orders Wednesday aimed at reforming education policy in the United States, including mandates to bring artificial intelligence into K-12 schools.
The orders also target “woke ideology” in accreditation of universities, foreign gifts by colleges and universities, and creating a White House initiative to support Historically Black Colleges and Universities, or HBCUs.
The AI order calls for the U.S. Departments of Education and Labor to create avenues for high school AI courses and certification programs and collaborate with states to promote AI in education.
Trump asked the Education Department to prioritize AI in discretionary grant programs for teacher training, the National Science Foundation to promote research on the use of AI in education, and the Labor Department to offer more AI-related apprenticeships.
Trump's order prioritizes the integration of AI into schools to promote proficiency among youth.
Trump said before he signed the order in the Oval Office:
“This is a big deal, because AI seems to be where it's at.”
Another measure aims to overhaul accreditation of colleges and universities, calling on the Justice Department and the Education Department to root out “unlawful discrimination and ideological overreach,” according to a White House summary. It asks the programs to use “denial, monitoring, suspension, or termination of accreditation recognition” for poor performance or violations of federal civil rights law by accreditors.

Have you ever wondered why doctors prescribe certain drugs more than others? And why do they seem to follow each other in a type of pack medicine? For example, why has almost every doctor been quick to prescribe a statin to their patients over the last decade or so?
Dr. Scott Jenson has some answers.

As we reported earlier this week, Klaus Schwab, the villainous globalist who ran the World Economic Forum for decades, is disappearing himself amid a host of sordid accusations. We’ve also reported on how he’s supposedly being investigated by his own former organization, the one he founded and built into the world’s premier globalist entity.
But now, attention has turned to his replacement.
For now, at least, it’s this guy: Peter Brabeck-Letmathe.

Mr. Brabeck-Letmathe, the former CEO of Nestle, famously argued in 2017 that human beings should not have a right to fresh water, and that water is a commodity to be traded and profited from like oil or any other commodity.

President Trump on Thursday called on Russian President Vladimir Putin to stop airstrikes on Ukraine following an overnight attack on the country's capital city of Kiev that reportedly killed nine people.
Trump wrote on TRUTH Social:
“I am not happy with the Russian strikes on KIEV. Not necessary, and very bad timing. Vladimir, STOP!”
The strike came hours after Ukrainian President Zelensky rejected a peace deal that reportedly included him accepting Russia's occupation of Crimea as a condition, which resulted in Trump using social media to criticize Zelensky.
Trump made the post at about the same time as Vice President JD Vance said the U.S. is poised to walk away from efforts to broker a peace deal if Russia and Ukraine cannot soon reach an agreement.
Trump also wrote in his post Thursday: “5,000 soldiers a week are dying. Let’s get the Peace Deal DONE!”
On Thursday Trump, while taking media questions at the White House with the prime minister of Norway, said he is exerting a lot of pressure on Putin to agree to a peace deal that will end the war with Ukraine.

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov has filled in a little bit more of the details in the wake of a Financial Times report Tuesday which said President Putin is offering to freeze the current battle lines for the sake of a peace deal.
The significant concession came as a surprise to many, who asked what's the catch? Peskov in his Wednesday comments filled in the missing information, stressing that peace can be achieved if Ukrainian military forces fully withdraw from territory in the four oblasts Moscow annexed in 2022.
Financial Times wrote that “The proposal is the first formal indication Putin has given since the war’s early months three years ago that Russia could step back from its maximalist demands to end the invasion.”
Peskov in the fresh statement emphasized that Russia's claim to the territories of Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson, and Zaporizhzhia remain enshrined in its constitution.
He was asked directly whether a Ukrainian withdrawal would end the war, to which he responded, “If Ukraine withdraws its troops from these four regions, then yes. According to the results of the referendums, these territories have entered the administrative borders of Russia. From our point of view, this is a de jure and de facto situation.”
But so far Zelensky hasn't even been willing to cede Crimea, despite the Russian-speaking population of the strategic peninsula long being firmly in Russian hands, also with its naval Black Sea fleet being stationed there since Soviet Times and throughout recent history dating back to Catherine the Great.
President Trump said Wednesday that Ukraine lost Crimea years ago, and so it is “not even a point of discussion.” But Washington's demands that Ukraine finally compromise on the issue have been rejected by Zelensky.
Peskov commented on this too, expressing total agreement with Trump. He said: “This completely corresponds with our understanding, which we have been saying for a long time.”
If the Ukrainian government did finally accede to Russia's demands, it would lose 20% of its total territory, given this is about how much Russian forces currently occupy.

After several years of paused tensions, the India-Pakistan conflict is heating up again.
Triggered by the recent Islamic terrorist attack in which 28 Hindus were killed on a beach while celebrating their honeymoons, both sides now appear to be ramping up for war.
They’ve ordered tourists out of each other’s respective countries, visas have been canceled and airspaces have been closed.
And now India has started to block the flow of the Indus River into Pakistan, in violation of a landmark water treaty between the two countries. This is a move that Pakistan has previously warned would be considered an act of war.
Here you get a look at that river, which is vital for sustaining life in Pakistan.

India has blocked the flow of that river by closing all four gates that control water through dams and canals.
In another key development, the Hindustan Times is reporting that India claims to have found evidence of the involvement of Pakistani intelligence agencies in the terrorist attack that killed 28 and wounded dozens.

Two alleged intelligence community leakers have been referred to the Department of Justice (DOJ) for prosecution, according to Director of National Intelligence (DNI) Tulsi Gabbard.
Gabbard said in an April 23 post on the social media platform X that besides the two already referred for prosecution, a third referral is on its way.
Gabbard wrote that “politicization of our intelligence and leaking classified information puts our nation’s security at risk and must end” and that “those who leak classified information will be found and held accountable to the fullest extent of the law. These deep-state criminals leaked classified information for partisan political purposes to undermine POTUS’ agenda. I look forward to working with [the Justice Department and FBI] to investigate, terminate and prosecute these criminals.”
Gabbard said the unidentified officials leaked information to The Washington Post, which had reported recently on a classified assessment of the Tren de Aragua gang that allegedly found Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro is not directing the invasion of the United States.
President Donald Trump in March invoked the Alien Enemies Act, finding that TdA, at the direction of the Venezuelan government, was invading the United States.
Gabbard said on April 21:
“The weaponization of intelligence to undermine the President’s agenda is an assault on democracy. Those behind this illegal leak of classified intelligence, twisted and manipulated to convey the exact opposite finding, will be held accountable under the full force of the law.”
She said her office “fully supports the assessment that the foreign terrorist organization, Tren De Aragua, is acting with the support of the Maduro Regime, and thus subject to arrest, detention and removal as alien enemies of the United States.”

Epidemiologist Nicholas Hulscher reports that as millions of Americans anxiously await action from the new HHS leadership against the deadly COVID-19 mRNA injections, injected into more than 9 million children this year, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has finally broken his silence on the issue.
RFK says the shot recommendation for children was always dubious, adding, “It was dubious because kids had almost no risk for COVID-19. Certain kids that had very profound morbidities may have a slight risk. Most kids don't so why are we giving this to tens of millions of kids when the vaccine itself does have profound risks?”

In the largest review to date on myocarditis following SARS-CoV-2 infection vs. COVID-19 vaccination, Mead co-authors found that vaccine-induced myocarditis is not only significantly more common but also more severe, particularly in children and young males. The findings make clear that the risks of the shots overwhelmingly outweigh any theoretical benefit.
The OpenSAFELY study included more than 1 million adolescents and children and found that myocarditis was documented ONLY in COVID-19 vaccinated groups and NOT after COVID-19 infection. There were NO COVID-19-related deaths in any group. A&E attendance and unplanned hospitalization were higher after first vaccination compared to unvaccinated groups.
So the data is clear. The jury is no longer out. Removing these shots from the market is a no-brainer. Only an evil depopulationist would want to keep pumping these shots into our children, or anyone for that matter.

So they’re calling it the “Trump bump.” It was quite predictable. Nobody wanted to serve under Biden. And if the U.S. is indeed going to face off with Russia and/or China in World War III, which is looking more likely by the day, the globalists knew they needed Trump. Such a war would not have lasted three weeks under Biden due to the state of our military. And the more time Trump has to build up the military, the more formidable the challenge becomes for China. And that’s why I expect them to make a play for Taiwan before the end of the year. They can’t afford to wait two or three years because by then the U.S. military will be in a much stronger position.
That’s my take, at least. We’ll see how it plays out.
In the meantime, I urge all of you to get prepared for hard times ahead. Nations around the world are warning their citizens to prepare for war by stocking up on storable food and water. From our government? Crickets. Don’t be lulled into a false sense of security, folks. Take action now, while you still can.
That does it for this edition of the Worldview Report. Thanks for tuning in and supporting this broadcast.
Until next time…
