Those hoping to escape justice thanks to a pardon by Joe Biden may not be out of the woods yet, after President Trump canceled their pardons Sunday.

Yes, justice may be back on the table for members of the January 6 Committee as well as others pardoned by Joe Biden in his final weeks in office. This could include Dr. Fauci, members of the Biden family business, and others.

President Trump on Sunday declared on Truth Social that the pardons signed by Biden are null and void. Here’s his post:

The “Pardons” that Sleepy Joe Biden gave to the Unselect Committee of Political Thugs, and many others, are hereby declared VOID, VACANT, AND OF NO FURTHER FORCE OR EFFECT, because of the fact that they were done by Autopen. In other words, Joe Biden did not sign them but, more importantly, he did not know anything about them! The necessary Pardoning Documents were not explained to, or approved by, Biden. He knew nothing about them, and the people that did may have committed a crime. Therefore, those on the Unselect Committee, who destroyed and deleted ALL evidence obtained during their two-year Witch Hunt of me, and many other innocent people, should fully understand that they are subject to investigation at the highest level. The fact is, they were probably responsible for the Documents that were signed on their behalf without the knowledge or consent of the Worst President in the History of our Country, Crooked Joe Biden!

All of this was set in motion in early March when Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey sent a letter to Attorney General Pam Bondi questioning Biden’s ability to sign the documents he allegedly signed. He asked Bondi to investigate.

At issue was whether Biden’s staff exploited his mental decline to implement certain policies without Biden’s actual permission or acknowledgement, according to Bailey’s letter, obtained by the Daily Caller News Foundation.

After that, it was discovered that the vast majority of documents bearing Biden’s signature were actually signed via Autopen.

Of course, all of this will ultimately be decided in the courts. But President Trump now has the makings of a solid case that Biden never actually approved many of the policies that came out of his White House. It was a presidency owned and operated by a secret cabal of White House insiders, using Biden as their puppet.

A new report claims President Trump is expected to invoke the wartime powers of the Alien Enemies Act of 1798 to quickly deport criminal illegal immigrants linked to the Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua.

Multiple U.S. officials familiar with the president’s plan told CBS News that the 47th president is expected to invoke the 227-year-old law as early as Friday to authorize the expedited deportation of illegal aliens who are suspected of being members of the Venezuelan gang. They will be sent to Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.

According to CBS News, the Alien Enemies Act of 1798 gives the president the power to arrest, detain, and deport non-citizens 14 years and older if they come from nations committing an “invasion or predatory incursion” of the United States.

The Daily Wire reported that illegals arrested under the Act would not be granted an asylum interview or a court hearing and would be processed under the president’s special wartime authority instead of normal U.S. immigration laws.

Earlier this year, the State Department announced the designation of Tren de Aragua as a foreign terrorist organization, stating:

“TdA is a transnational organization that originated in Venezuela with cells in Colombia, Peru, and Chile, with further reports of sporadic presence in Ecuador, Bolivia, and Brazil. This brutal criminal group has conducted kidnappings, extorted businesses, bribed public officials, authorized its members to attack and kill U.S. law enforcement, and assassinated a Venezuelan opposition figure.”

Trump previously announced during his inaugural address that he would be invoking the Alien Enemies Act of 1798 to crack down on illegal immigration, specifically with regard to criminal gangs.

Attorney General Pam Bondi has unleashed a blistering emergency motion with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit, demanding an immediate stay of what she called “an outrageous overreach” by Obama-appointed District Judge James E. Boasberg.

The motion, filed Saturday, accuses Boasberg of sabotaging the Trump administration’s national security agenda by issuing an unauthorized Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) that blocks the removal of dangerous illegal aliens tied to the notorious Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua (TdA), a designated Foreign Terrorist Organization (FTO).

The explosive filing accuses Boasberg of acting without jurisdiction, without evidence, and without even hearing from the government, rushing to issue a 14-day TRO just hours after five anonymous Venezuelan plaintiffs filed a class-action complaint.

These plaintiffs, detained in Texas, claim they fear being wrongly swept up in Trump’s plan to invoke the Alien Enemies Act (AEA) to expel TdA members.

Their lawsuit, J.G.G. v. Trump, seeks to upend Trump’s lawful enforcement of immigration laws, arguing that invoking the Alien Enemies Act, a wartime measure historically used to remove hostile foreign nationals, is somehow unprecedented and unlawful during peacetime.

According to the government’s filing, Tren de Aragua is a transnational gang with deep ties to Venezuela’s socialist regime, operating as a de facto paramilitary force conducting criminal operations across the United States.

The gang’s members have been linked to violent crimes, human trafficking, and drug smuggling, prompting the Trump administration to invoke the Alien Enemies Act to facilitate their swift removal.

President Trump has deployed the National Guard in Arkansas after tornadoes and strong winds tore through multiple states over the weekend.

Arkansas was particularly hard hit by the tornados, which left a path of destruction in their wake.

Violent winds ripped through the Heartland on Saturday, threatening Missouri, Mississippi, Kansas, Arkansas, Texas, and Oklahoma with tornadoes, damaging buildings and homes.

Northern states, including South Dakota and Minnesota, faced blizzard warnings.

The storms have left at least 40 people dead.

In a Sunday post on X, Trump said:

“We are actively monitoring the severe tornadoes and storms that have impacted many States across the South and Midwest — 36 innocent lives have been lost, and many more devastated. The National Guard has been deployed to Arkansas, and my Administration is ready to assist State and Local Officials, as they help their communities to try and recover from the damage. Please join Melania and me in praying for everyone impacted by these terrible storms!”

Arkansas Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders said about 50 National Guardsmen and 40 state police were on the ground in Arkansas on Sunday.

In a post on X, Governor Sanders said she spoke with Trump on the phone.

General Motors is recalling more than 90,000 vehicles over a transmission control valve issue that can cause tires to lock up, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration said.

The problem affects cars with 10-speed transmissions, the safety administration said. Over time, the transmission control valves in some of the vehicles can become susceptible to excessive wear, causing a loss of pressure within the valve that can result in harsh shifting, it said.

In rare cases, the wheels may experience a momentary lock up, increasing the risk of a crash, the administration said in a recall notice.

The affected models are the 2020-21 Cadillac CT4, the 2020-21 Cadillac CT5, the 2019-20 Cadillac CT6 and the 2020-22 Chevrolet Camaro.

In September, the driver of a 2021 Cadillac CT5 reported the car's front tires locked up.

GM had previously looked into the issue. Because the lock-ups generally lasted less than 150 milliseconds, the company determined that after no related accidents or injuries were reported, it wasn't enough time for the vehicle to lose control and closed the investigation, according to the safety administration.

Yemen’s Houthi leader Mohammed Al-Bukhaiti responded to American military strikes ordered by President Trump against Houthi targets in Yemen in a March 15 appearance on Al-Jazeera Network. 

He claims the airstrikes are unjustified and that the Houthis’ military operations were only directed at Israeli targets. 

He said: “We will meet escalation with escalation,” and stated that the Houthis will retaliate against American targets, because it was the Americans who instigated the escalation.

“Our military operation targeted only the Zionist entity, and therefore, this American aggression is unjustified. We will meet escalation with escalation and challenge with challenge. No doubt, there will be a retaliation against American targets, because they started it and the blame is on them.”

The View co-host Whoopi Goldberg warned Monday that no American is safe from being deported under President Donald Trump.

President Trump’s administration deported over 200 members of Venezuela’s violent Tren de Aragua gang and several members of MS-13 to El Salvador and Honduras on Saturday, which sparked backlash as a judge issued a last-minute order attempting to block the deportations. 

Goldberg stated that the Trump administration could randomly choose any American to be deported to a country they are not familiar with, though that is something Trump has never said he plans to do and would be a blatant violation of the U.S. Constitution if he did.

Paul Sarran at the Gateway Pundit reports that after eight months of fighting inside Russian territory, the Ukrainian army unit in the Kursk region is almost completely overrun, and what was once a military operation of great pride to Kiev is now described as its most costly mistake.

Ukraine has lost more than 69,000 troops during the Kursk invasion, according to the Russian Ministry of Defense, leading to President Trump intervening to try and save the lives of the thousands of encircled Ukrainian troops. And President Vladimir Putin has agreed to it, under one condition: that the Ukrainians surrender.

But now, an even more dangerous situation has emerged in which we learn of Russian media claims that there are at least 30 career NATO officers among those surrounded troops.

The NATO officers were engaged in commanding troops on the ground, as well as incoming reconnaissance data from NATO satellites and adjusting missile strikes deep into Russian territory, according to the reports.

The Russian army recently launched a massive offensive in the Kursk region, liberating 31 Russian villages, while the Ukraine military lost more than 2,000 soldiers in a week.

General Valery Gerasimov reported to Putin that the Ukrainian detachment is now isolated and is being systematically destroyed,

There is also evidence that, in some directions, Russian forces have crossed the border with Ukraine and are conquering territory in the Sumy region.

After Trump asked Putin to spare the lives of surrounded Ukrainian troops, the Russian leader responded that the leadership of Ukraine would have to order its military “to lay down their arms and surrender.”

That order to surrender has yet to come from Zelensky.

The newly appointed Prime Minister of Canada Mark Carney made one of his first conversations with a foreign head of state a phone call to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on Sunday, vowing to continue prioritizing Ukraine in Canadian foreign policy as predecessor Justin Trudeau had done.

Carney became prime minister last week after being appointed the new leader of the far-left Liberal Party in an election closed to eligible Party members. Trudeau announced in January he would vacate the position after a decade in power, responding to pressure from within his party to step aside as his popularity plummeted among the public, the result of skyrocketing crime, an immigration crisis, economic decline, the erosion of civil liberties, and the rise of killings by doctors during his rule. 

The Liberal Party dramatically improved its polling after Trudeau announced he would leave political life. But now Carney is implementing the same agenda as Trudeau.

Carney is expected to compete to remain the nation’s prime minister in a general election that Canadian law mandates must occur before the end of October. His top rival is the head of the Conservative Party, Pierre Poilievre, who is campaigning by branding Carney “just like Justin” and accusing Carney of suffering from a variety of financial conflicts of interest that hinder his ability to negotiate tariffs with American President Donald Trump.

On Ukraine, Carney has not in any way departed from Trudeau’s policies. Canada has been vocally supportive of Ukraine amid its ongoing border war with Russian.

NASA astronauts Sunita Williams and Butch Wilmore are being rescued by a SpaceX mission after being stranded at the International Space Station by Boeing and Joe Biden.

In a viral video shared by both President Donald Trump and SpaceX founder Elon Musk, the two stranded astronauts thanked President Trump and Musk for their support in bringing them back to Earth.

Elon Musk, the SpaceX founder, recently posted a video on his X platform featuring Williams and Wilmore expressing their gratitude. The 25-second clip has amassed more than 46 million views and 362,000 likes just on Musk’s post alone, with many other posts of the video going viral as well.

Time now for our nightly Worldview Report commentary.

The US Department of Veterans Affairs announced Monday it will phase out treatment for gender transitions.

The government department assigned to treating current and former American soldiers said any money saved with this change will go towards helping paralyzed veterans and amputees regain their independence.

As part of his blitz of executive orders since taking office, Trump has decreed the government will only recognize two sexes and ordered that trans people be barred from the military.

Veterans Affairs said in a statement Monday that starting now it will no longer offer cross-sex hormone therapy, except to people who are already receiving it from the VA.

“I mean no disrespect to anyone, but VA should not be focused on helping Veterans attempt to change their sex,” said VA Secretary Doug Collins, who is a former congressman from Georgia.

He said trans-identified veterans will always get the benefits they are entitled to under the law, but added, “if Veterans want to attempt to change their sex, they can do so on their own dime.”

The VA said its doctors have never carried out sex-change surgeries but for more than a decade provided various hormonal treatments for transgenders.

The VA said it has not kept reliable records on the number of veterans who received such treatment or the amount of money spent on it.

But it estimates that less than one tenth of one percent of the 9.1 million veterans enrolled in VA health care are transgenders.

Trump signed an executive order in January stating transgenders were unfit for military service, while the Pentagon has said it will remove transgender troops from the armed forces and prevent others from joining.

Insider Paper reported on the ban, noting it has been challenged in court. 

The liberal outlet bemoaned that “but unless a judge issues an injunction soon, thousands of transgender military personnel may be just weeks away from the start of proceedings to force them to cut short their careers.”

Horror of horrors, we might actually have an Armed Forces free of men wearing skirts and sporting lipstick and mascara. 

How will we ever fight a war without them?

Sarcasm aside, Joe Biden, General Mark Milley and any high-ranking officers who ordered the military to engage in such shenanigans should be brought up on charges. They willfully forced policies upon our military that led to a decline in morale and fighting prowess. Anyone who resisted these destructive policies was disciplined and, if they didn’t change their ways, were rooted out of the military.

There is perhaps no greater evidence that we had treasonous leaders at the helm during the Biden era than this transgender madness in the military.

Thank God it’s over. We must never let it return.
