    As COVID infections and hospitalizations continue on a downward trend, the mandates for receiving the vaccines continue to affect members of our military. Also, this broadcast brought news concerning the upcoming vote for Supreme Court nominee Ketanji Brown Jackson. Returning to Crosstalk to address these issues was Mat Staver.  Matt is the founder & chairman of Liberty Counsel.  Mat is a constitutional attorney with hundreds of published legal opinions.  He has authored a number of scholarly law review publications and numerous books.  He’s filed numerous briefs and argued in many federal and state courts and before the U.S. Supreme Court.

    All over the country, chaos is erupting as forced COVID shots are being mandated by government agencies and by private employers. WND.com reports that 40% of TSA agents have not received the shot as the mandate deadline looms. Many pilots are protesting the requirement and saying this is only the beginning of transportation woes. State troopers and police officers in many states are saying they will not accept this forced shot and as such they are either retiring or being terminated. Just imagine how this is going to impact public safety.

    Vaccine mandates are occurring all over America with businesses, even hospitals and medical clinics, telling employees to get the vaccines or be fired.  Some are even told that if you’re fired, you can’t file for unemployment benefits because you have a choice.

    Jim Schneider and Barbara Loe Fisher unpacked a lot in today’s program! Shot mandates are traveling at lightning speed across the country and it’s happening on so many fronts. With the promise of an executive order, President Biden is utilizing OSHA to order companies with 100 or more employees to receive the jab. Previously, the President had ordered the COVID jab for federal employees and contractors.
