It seems that every time there’s a shooting of some kind, there’s a call for new gun laws.  This often takes a strike at the 2nd Amendment of our constitution.  Interestingly, the vast majority of mass shootings take place in gun-free zones.

Monday of last week, a very tragic mass murder claimed the lives of many, including a police officer, at a King’s Super Store in Boulder, Colorado. It didn’t take long for some legislators to announce their belief that we need gun control; that if we had common sense gun control, incidents like this would not happen.

As promised, during the run-up to the 2020 elections, it was warned that gun control was going to be in the sights of a Biden administration.  They had their sights on the 2nd Amendment with the enabling of a House of Representatives under Pelosi and the Senate under Schumer.  Just hours ago that promise was fulfilled, in part, with legislation that passed the House of Representatives.  

It should come as no surprise because the nation was told in advance that a Biden Administration would bring an attack against our Constitution’s 2nd Amendment, in which the Founders intended and the U.S. Supreme Court has affirmed that it is an individual right. The Biden Administration has a gun control agenda. The first assault came within 24 hours of the new Congress being sworn in and the issue is only intensifying.
