Good evening and welcome to the Worldview Report.
The far-left has taken control of France in Parliamentary elections Sunday following a series of back-room deals with Emmanuel Macron.
NBC News reports that France’s centrist and leftist parties teamed up to keep the conservative National Rally party of Marine La Pen at bay, according to exit polls.
A bloc of radical left-wing parties is projected to finish first, while President Emmanuel Macron’s centrist alliance is predicted to come in second. Polling agencies suggest National Rally is set to come in third, despite having swept to victory after the first round of voting last weekend and polling highest among all the parties.
Again, the will of the people has been crushed in yet another Western country. The checks will continue to be written to Ukraine and the borders of France will remain open to illegal migrants.
Here is a report on the election from Tousi TV.

Joe Biden sat down with Democrat operative George Stephanopoulos for an interview on ABC News on Friday.
Stephanopoulos repeatedly asked Biden about his cognitive decline.
“Are you the same man today that you were when you took office three-and-a-half years ago?” Stephanopoulos asked.
“Do you dispute that there have been more lapses, especially in the last several months?” Stephanopoulos asked.
“Can I run the 100 in 10 flat? No. But I’m still in good shape,” Biden said.
Stephanopoulos pressed Biden, “Are you more frail?”
“No,” Biden said.
Stephanopoulos also pointed to several polls showing Trump is beating Joe Biden in key swing states.
Biden snapped back and claimed the polling data was wrong.

Stephanopoulos said he has never seen a president of 36% approval get re-elected.
Stephanopoulos asked:
“Wouldn’t a clear-eyed political calculus tell you it’s going to be much tougher to win in 2024?”
Biden issued a cryptic, veiled threat, saying:
“Not when you’re running against a pathological liar. Not when he hadn’t been challenged in a way that he’s about to be challenged.”

He said he was busy managing wars around the world. That’s a sad day for America when the chief executive admits he is too busy running foreign wars to actually do anything that benefits American citizens living in America.

GB News reports that experts are warning British drivers that they could be more at risk of being hit with fines through the use of new artificial intelligence traffic cameras which are being rolled out across the country.
Traffic camera technology is constantly being improved, with new devices able to detect whether drivers are using mobile phones at the wheel or not wearing their seatbelts.
New technology, powered by artificial intelligence, is being trialed by police forces to see whether drivers are distracted even if their phone is on their lap when behind the wheel.
A total of 11 police departments around the UK have adopted the new roadside cameras which capture an image of the vehicle from a shallow angle to see a phone at the driver's ear, while another shows a steeper angle.
The cameras, which have been developed by a company called Acusensus, analyze the images through AI software and detect whether drivers are breaking road rules.
Matt Staton, head of national road user safety at National Highways, said the new cameras would help crack down on motorists who were frequently flouting the rules by not wearing their seatbelts or being distracted.
Laws were changed in March 2022 to ensure that drivers would be held to account for using their mobile phones at the wheel, with punishments rising to a £200 fine and six penalty points.

The Jerusalem Post, citing a News 12 report in Israel, says multiple warnings of an imminent Hamas attack were sent to senior IDF officers before the October 7 massacre, all of which were ignored.
The alert was written by a non-commissioned officer from Unit 8200, known as V, who, according to previous reports, had sent additional warnings to high-ranking officers in IDF Intelligence to prevent the Hamas attack.
Shortly before October 7, V sent a coded email stating, “The sword is coming - it is time to warn the people,” in an attempt to alert once more, hoping someone would take notice.
In the email addressed to several officers, including the intelligence officer of the Gaza Division, V wrote: “Hamas's training demonstrates that their plan is operational and heavily practiced, meaning that even today, Hamas has forces that know how to execute these scenarios command.”
This was not the only warning. V also addressed the issue of getting an alert out in time.
She wrote in the warning:
“It is likely that we will not be able to give a long enough warning to prevent the attack. This is the time to think about developing coping strategies for when the event actually occurs to minimize damage.”
She further explained:
“The other side is determined to execute the plan. If executed, we are expected to face harsh and difficult fighting. The exercise closely resembles plans to destroy the Gaza Division's defense array. The raid training into our territory indicates that this plan is no longer just on paper.”
This email followed many others sent to the division's intelligence officer and senior officers in the intelligence corps, who did not address them, according to the report.
V signed the email, saying: “This email is like the blowing of the shofar because the sword is coming - it is time to warn the people.”

General Dynamics confirmed that two people were injured and one person is missing after an explosion last Wednesday at its Ordnance and Tactical Systems facility at the Highland Industrial Park, in East Camden, Arkansas.
Berkley Whaley, a spokesperson for General Dynamics, told the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette that the explosion occurred around 8:15 a.m., and was related to explosives. Whaley declined to share more information, including whether the facility had been damaged, citing an ongoing investigation.
Floyd Nutt, county judge in Calhoun County, said he did not know much about the incident, adding that before the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette’s conversation with Whaley, county personnel were not being allowed onto the premises by General Dynamics, which was being tight-lipped about the incident.
Nutt called it a major incident.
The plant manufactures the Hellfire and Javelin missiles for the U.S. military, along with other munitions.
Diane Issacs, the risks manager for the Ouachita County Medical Center, told the AP that one of the injured was flown by helicopter to an out-of-state trauma center, while another was in stable condition after being treated at the medical center’s emergency room.
An employee who answered the phone at the Calhoun County sheriff’s office Wednesday said the sheriff “didn’t really know anything” about the blast.
What we do know is that this is the fourth recent fire and/or explosion at a munitions plant making weapons for use in Ukraine’s war with Russia. On April 17, a U.S. Army ammunition plant that makes 155mm artillery shells in Scranton, Pennsylvania, caught fire. That same day, there was an explosion at a site belonging to BAE Systems, Britain's biggest defense firm, in south Wales, where heavy artillery shells of the type being sent to Ukraine are manufactured.
On June 24 it was reported that an arms factory in Berlin, Germany, was set on fire with sabotage suspected.

A new poll conducted in the first two days of July suggests only one Democratic replacement for Joe Biden can defeat former President Donald Trump in a head-to-head matchup.
According to a newly-released Reuters/Ipsos poll, Michelle Obama has a double-digit lead over Trump, 50% to 39%.
According to the poll, a plurality of Americans believe Biden is unfit for office. Indeed, the survey shows a majority of all voters – 56% – want Biden to drop out of the race, including a third of Democrats, following a humiliating debate performance in late June.
46% of voters, including 19% of Republicans, said they want Trump removed from the GOP ticket.
Biden and Trump are neck and neck with 40% each, with Trump trouncing all other competition for the Democratic presidential nomination but Michelle Obama.
The former Republican president leads Kamala Harris by 43% to 42%, according to the poll.
Trump leads California Gov. Gavin Newsom by 3%, Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear by 4%, Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer by 5%, and Illinois Gov. J.B. Pritzker by 6%.
Of the top Democrat potential contenders for Biden's replacement, the poll shows Michelle Obama has the highest favorability ratings, with 55% of respondents holding a favorable view of Obama versus 42% unfavorable.

Zero Hedge reports that Russia's Defense Ministry announced that its forces are in the midst of nuclear drills utilizing mobile nuclear launchers, coming just weeks after holding tactical nuclear weapons deployment exercises in regions near Ukraine.
As cited in Interfax and then Reuters, the ministry said that “Yars missile launcher crews in at least two different regions were set to move over 62 miles and practice camouflage and deployment. Similar exercises will be held by other missile units in the near future.”
Video issued by the military showed a mobile launcher traveling along forest roads and getting into position before being covered with camouflage to conceal the location.
During the earlier tactical nuke drills held in late May, the Russian Ministry of Defense had specified that the drills were necessary in “response to provocative statements and threats by certain Western officials.”
Some US and UK officials have been pressing for more Ukrainian attacks directly on Russian soil, with Washington officials openly saying they have greenlighted pro-Kiev forces to utilize US-supplied missiles to attack inside Russian territory.
Another of the threats emanating from the West is the possibility of deploying NATO troops in Ukraine. The idea has gained steam ever since France’s Emmanuel Macron first proposed it early this year at a security conference in Paris.
These newest drills with mobile nuclear launchers also constitute a bit of fresh saber-rattling ahead of this week's annual NATO summit to be held in Washington D.C. (July 9-11).
A central topic of discussion among NATO heads of state will likely be the very issue which marks a red line issue for Moscow – the entry of Ukraine into NATO.
While it's not actually expected to happen anytime soon, the US has vowed to create a bridge or clear path to eventual full membership.

Scientists in the Netherlands are claiming they have created a version of artificial intelligence that can read minds.
The science website Interesting Engineering reports that researchers have achieved a significant breakthrough in the field of neuroscience and artificial intelligence by successfully reconstructing images from brain activity using implanted devices.
By employing an improved mind-reading AI system, they could produce closest reconstructions of images, particularly when using direct recordings of brain activity.
This was accomplished by scientists at Radboud University in the Netherlands. They have clubbed their previous study with the latest research to generate accurate reconstructions.
One member of the research team said “these are the closest, most accurate reconstructions” to date from any AI-to-brain experiment.

A German medic working in Ukraine is blowing the whistle on mercenaries who are reportedly killing Russia POWs in cold blood.
Caspar Grosse, a disenchanted German medic from the Chosen Company, was serving in the unit of international volunteers that is led by an American, and he told the New York Times that he personally witnessed a wounded and unarmed Russian soldier begging for mercy from his captors before he was shot dead.
The Russian pleaded for medical attention in a mix of broken English and Russian. That is when a mercenary soldier fired his weapon into the Russian soldier’s torso.
The man fell, still breathing. Another soldier then shot him in the head.
New York Times reported:
“Mr. Grosse said he was so upset by the episode that he confronted his commander. He said he spoke to The New York Times after what he regarded as unwarranted killings continued. It is highly unusual for a soldier to speak publicly about battlefield conduct, particularly involving men whom he still considers friends.”
The Chosen Company is one of the best-known units of international mercenaries fighting for Ukraine.
“In a second episode, a Chosen member lobbed a grenade at and killed a surrendering Russian soldier who had his hands raised, video footage reviewed by The Times shows. The Ukrainian military released video of the episode to showcase its battlefield prowess, but it edited out the surrender.
In a third episode, Chosen Company members boasted in a group chat about killing Russian prisoners of war during a mission in October, text messages show. A soldier who was briefly in command that day alluded to the killings using a slang word for shooting. He said he would take responsibility.
The Geneva Conventions forbid the killing of prisoners of war. Combatants that surrender cannot be attacked and must be safely taken into custody.

Time now for our Worldview Report commentary.
Joe Biden has once again threatened to use nuclear weapons and F-15 fighter jets against law-abiding American gun owners.
Biden loves to mock American gun owners. He claims that taking on the U.S. government with an AR-15 is for naive fools.
Apparently, we’d need “F-15s” to stand a chance.
He repeated this talking point in his interview with ABC News on Friday.

That is at least the fourth time since Biden became president that he has used this ridiculous analogy of saying Americans need nuclear bombs and F-15s in order to keep the federal government in check.
Did the Vietnamese, or the Afghans have these weapons? No, they did not, and yet the U.S. military was unable to conquer them. Oh, they could have conquered them if they’d used nuclear weapons, but they didn’t.
And, yet, Biden has the audacity to suggest that the U.S. government would use nuclear weapons against its own people in order to quell an uprising. This speaks to the character of this man. It’s about as low as any politician you will find on Capitol Hill. And that’s saying something.
No wonder even the Democrats are done with him and want a new candidate on the November ticket.
