Leading off tonight: The war on food continues.

A large explosion and fire broke out at South Fork Dairy in Dimmitt, Texas, on Monday night.

The cause is still unknown. Reports say the explosion engulfed multiple structures.

The smoke from the explosion could be seen from as far as 80 miles away.

According to Texas authorities, more than 18,000 cattle died during the explosion.

Castro County Sheriff Sal Rivera said:

“There’s some that survived, there’s some that are probably injured to the point where they’ll have to be destroyed.”

Margie Fishman of Animal Welfare Institute stated:

“We strongly encourage farms to adopt common-sense fire safety measures. It is hard to imagine anything worse than being burned alive.”

The explosion and fire are under investigation.

The South Fork Dairy is a fairly new development, having been in operation for less than a year in the area and employing around 60 people, reports KTSM. This is the first instance of a fire or explosion at the business.

Although no official word has been released, it’s unclear how a steel structure like the one in place at this dairy could catch fire and burn so quickly.

New leaked U.S. defense documents confirm what many of us suspected. Western nations already have boots on the ground in Ukraine, and have for some time; they’re just not admitting it. 

The ringleader of this covert battle movement is of course the old and senile one, himself, Joe Biden and his administration of incompetents led by his Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Mark Milley.

The leaked documents show the U.K., U.S., Latvia, France, and the Netherlands all with “special forces” troops on the ground in Ukraine.

Biden is systematically destroying America, and potentially all of Western civilization, by acting as the aggressor in launching World War III. 

The leaked document was dated March 23.

The BBC reports that the document does not say where the forces are located in Ukraine or what they are doing there.

The numbers of personnel may be small, but special forces are by their nature most effective in small numbers. Their presence in Ukraine is likely to be seized upon by Russia, which has in recent months argued that it is not in a war with Ukraine, but with the U.S. and NATO.

The UK responded to this news on Tuesday, and of course called it disinformation. Why? Because that’s what governments do, especially governments at war. Any information that leaks out that exposes the lies they are telling to their people must be discredited.

The UK Ministry of Defense did not elaborate or suggest which specific documents it was referring to as “inaccurate.” But Pentagon officials have been quoted in mainstream publications saying the documents are real.

The UK has been unhinged in its over-the-top support of Ukraine, and is the second largest donor to Ukrainian military effort after the U.S.

The BBC and others have reported that U.S. Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin said the Department of Justice had opened a criminal investigation and he was determined to find the source of the leak, stating that, “We will continue to investigate and turn over every rock until we find the source of this and the extent of it.”

A bipartisan House majority overwhelmingly approved a measure last week to protect rural land critical for renewable energy production from Chinese investors.

The measure — an amendment sponsored by Rep. Randy Feenstra, R-Iowa — was approved in a 407-26 vote with 223 Republicans and 184 Democrats voting in favor. Just 26 Democrats voted against the bill while eight lawmakers didn't vote. The bill is an amendment to the Lower Energy Costs Act which the House passed later last Thursday.

“I’m proud that my amendment — which is derived from my Defend America’s Rural Energy Act — to the Lower Energy Costs Act passed the House of Representatives with wide support. China must be banned from buying American farmland suitable for ethanol and biodiesel production, which is vital to our rural economy in Iowa,” Feenstra told Fox News Digital.

“Simply put, my amendment keeps China far away from our farmland because American farmland belongs to American farmers,” he added.

The Defend America’s Rural Energy Act, which Feenstra introduced earlier this month, proposed to modify the Defense Production Act of 1950 to prohibit foreign adversaries from purchasing any real estate suitable for renewable energy or renewable fuels production. The lawmaker's home state of Iowa is a major wind energy producer and the nation's top producer of biofuels such as ethanol and biodiesel, according to federal data.

In recent months, Republican lawmakers and local leaders nationwide have increased scrutiny on land purchases by foreign investors. The increasing number of land purchases has sparked concern that foreign companies and investors, particularly those from China, may be establishing a stranglehold of key U.S. food and energy supplies.

According to Department of Agriculture data, Chinese agricultural investment increased tenfold between 2009 and 2016 alone.

Also, at the end of March, the House of Representatives approved an amendment — with help from several Democrats — that would prevent the Department of Energy from implementing strict new regulations on gas stoves that most stoves on the market today would not be able to meet.

The House voted 251 to 181 in favor of the amendment from Rep. Gary Palmer, R-Ala., to a larger energy policy bill, and 29 Democrats voted with the GOP.

Republicans have been looking to defend the use of gas stoves ever since the Consumer Product Safety Commission indicated it could ban stoves for nonexistent health reasons. That idea was scrapped, but it was followed by a proposed DOE regulation that would impose tough new energy efficiency standards for gas stoves.

Florida lawmakers appear poised to pass legislation allowing the death penalty for pedophiles.

If passed, pedophiles could be sent to death if they commit sexual battery on a child under age 12.

According to a report from CBS News, “the House is scheduled Thursday to take up its version of the bill (HB 1297), while the Senate version (SB 1342) was approved Tuesday by the Rules Committee, positioning it to go to the full Senate.”

The Supreme Court has previously ruled that imposing capital punishment in rape cases is unconstitutional, but that may change with the new justices.

There has not been an execution for a crime that did not include murder in the United States since 1964.

After the bill passed the Rules Committee, Senate bill sponsor Jonathan Martin, a former prosecutor, said, “if an individual rapes an 11-year-old, a 10-year-old, a 2-year-old or a 5-year-old, they should be subject to the death penalty.”

Aaron Wayt, who represented the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers at the meeting, defended pedophiles against the death penalty under the guise of caring about victims. He was quoted by CBS News as saying:

“This bill invites a longer, costlier (legal) process for the victim and their family that they will endure. While this crime, anyone convicted of it is vile, heinous, the Constitution itself, the case law, the Supreme Court demands a maximum of life in prison. And so while it’s not the vengeance we all want, it’s the justice that the Constitution demands.”

The Biden regime was caught in yet another lie, this time regarding the nation’s Strategic Petroleum Reserve.

They appear to be trying to drain it down to nothing as fast as they can.

Yet, they are saying the opposite.

After last week's OPEC rebellion, Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm confirmed that the U.S. plans to “refill” the Strategic Petroleum Reserve to levels seen prior to President Joe Biden’s historic release last year following Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.

Granholm said during her remarks at an energy forum held by Columbia University:

The Energy Department “will look to take advantage of prices if it is advantageous to the taxpayer in the rest of the year, but it’s a lot to refill.” 

Zero Hedge’s Tyler Durden called her out on the lie, writing in an April 12 post, “But she appears to be full of (crap) as the Biden admin actually drained the SPR for the second week in a row.”

The head of Russia’s FSB security service, Alexander Bortnikov, accused Ukraine and its Western allies of running a clandestine program to recruit young Russians to conduct terrorist attacks inside Russia.

Bortnikov stated on April 11 before a meeting of the National Anti-Terrorism Committee held in Moscow:

“In the conditions of Russia conducting the special military operation, Ukrainian special forces and their Western curators have launched an aggressive ideological indoctrination and recruitment of our citizens. Especially the younger generation, to involve them in sabotage, terrorist and extremist activities.”

Zero Hedge reports that the context of his comments was in referencing the café explosion which took the life of well-known Russian military journalist Vladlen Tatarsky on April 2nd. This happened after a young woman, now a detained suspect, handed him a figurine that was loaded with explosives. 

The Kremlin has also pointed the finger at supporters of jailed Putin critic Alexey Navalny for the blast which grabbed the world's attention, given it was clearly a sophisticated assassination.

Bortnikov alleged the perpetrators in these attacks are “young people and teenagers, including minors.”

The other major political assassination to have occurred on Russian soil connected to the war in Ukraine is that of 29-year old Darya Dugina, daughter of Putin ally Aleksandr Dugin. 

Zero Hedge reports that there was initial speculation suggesting that the explosion was a “botched assassination attempt” on Dugin himself that only ended up claiming the life of Darya as she drove his car after a festival in a Moscow suburb. 

Darya Dugina emerged from the wake of her father's intellectual influence as a political commentator who echoed Dugin's philosophical tenets. She was a vocal supporter of the Putin government and its military intervention in Ukraine, which she framed as the rejection of western expansion and influence into Eurasia.

Joe Biden's Justice Department offered what critics are calling a sweetheart plea deal to a transgender who admitted to vandalizing a Catholic church with blasphemous graffiti, destroying a statue of the virgin Mary, assaulting a church worker, and resisting arrest. 

A plea agreement reviewed by Fox News Digital shows that the DOJ recommends zero jail time for the perp, Maeve Nota, a 31-year-old transgender individual who defaced the St. Louise Catholic Church in Bellevue, Washington, following Roe v. Wade's overturning last June.

The case of Nota contrasts dramatically with the Biden regime’s tactic of throwing the book at pro-life protesters outside abortion clinics.  

Mike Davis, founder of the Article III Project, told Fox News Digital:

“It is very clear that the Biden Justice Department has politicized and weaponized the FACE Act to go after pro-life Christians praying outside of abortion clinics like Mark Houck while turning a blind eye to violent felons terrorizing and badly damaging Catholic churches like Maeve Nota.”

Bank of America clients sold around $2.3 billion in U.S. equities last week, according to a note from bank strategist Jill Carey Hall on Tuesday.

Although the note failed to highlight reasons for the withdrawal, data compiled by Bank of America showed clients sold both single stocks and ETFs for the second consecutive week, while selling was broad-based across client groups including institutional, hedge funds, retail, and size segments.

Amid concerns over commercial real estate, the bank recorded the biggest real estate outflows since mid-2021.

Meanwhile, exchange-traded funds (ETFs) posted their biggest outflow since January across all styles including growth, value, and blend and across small, mid, and large cap ETFs.

The bank said buybacks accelerated as client repurchases gained steam and were slightly above seasonal trends for the first time in ten weeks.

The Biden administration proposed actions Tuesday that would significantly reduce water supplies in seven western states amid severe drought conditions that stretch back decades, Fox News reports.

The Department of the Interior (DOI) released a draft proposal that highlighted two potential actions it could take to combat the Colorado River Basin's deteriorating water levels. The two proposals would each consist of federally-mandated supply reductions for states that are dependent on the river which provides water for more than 40 million Americans and is vital for the economies of western states.

Tommy Beaudreau, the DOI's deputy secretary, said in a statement: “Failure is not an option. Recognizing the severity of the worsening drought, the Biden-Harris administration is bringing every tool and every resource to bear through the President’s Investing in America agenda to protect the stability and sustainability of the Colorado River System now and into the future.”

The river provides water resources to seven states which are divided into two groups: the Upper Basin and Lower Basin. The Upper Basin consists of Colorado, New Mexico, Utah and Wyoming while the Lower Basin includes Arizona, California, and Nevada.

While Upper Basin states mainly receive water from smaller rivers that branch off the Colorado River, the Lower Basin states largely receive water pooled in Lake Powell, a man-made reservoir along the Utah-Arizona border, and Lake Mead, a reservoir along the Nevada-Arizona border. The Glen Canyon Dam in northern Arizona and Hoover Dam in southern Nevada are able to control water flows from the respective reservoirs to the Lower Basin states.

As a result of decades of drought conditions, both Lake Powell and Lake Mead have dropped to lower levels, nearing so-called dead pool levels when water is unable to flow from a reservoir through its dam, threatening water supplies and the hydropower-generated electricity for tens of millions of Americans. 

“Drought conditions in the Colorado River Basin have been two decades in the making,” said Bureau of Reclamation Commissioner Camille Touton. “To meet this moment, we must continue to work together, through a commitment to protecting the river, leading with science and a shared understanding that unprecedented conditions require new solutions.”

Time now for our Worldview Report commentary.

We see in the news lately a disturbing development where the globalist elite are claiming that water is not a human right and the world’s water supplies must be privatized and controlled by autonomous third parties.

The World Economic Forum and the UN are at the forefront of this movement, which has received very little press. Their goal is to seize control of the world’s water supplies and hold humanity to ransom, reports The People’s Voice in a recent video monologue.

The World Economic Forum and the U.N. have demanded that world governments prepare to ration water supplies as part of their ‘Great Reset’ in which people are herded into crowded 15-minute cities where they will own nothing, lose all privacy and learn to like it.

The UN hosted a global water conference in New York in late March, with the stated goal being the creation of a “Global Commission on the Economics of Water, launched at the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting in 2022.” This global body “will report on game-changing ways to value and manage water as a common good,” accord to an article the World Economic Forum posted on its website, adding that, “The conference aims to raise awareness of the global water crisis and decide on action to achieve internationally agreed water-related goals.”

The People’s Voice reports, accurately in my opinion, that “Just as the Paris Agreement promised an end to pollution — if only humans would stop taking airplanes and driving cars and heating their homes and using gas stoves — now this blossoming water treaty will no doubt promise an end to thirst. Yes, an end to thirst — so long as humans of the world unite and abide by all the coming WEF water dictates.”

The United Nations plans to protect water that’s used for bathing; water that’s used for developments; water that’s home to sea life; water that’s used for transportation. So the up-and-coming controls would likely focus on residential limits to water usage, and costly increases to access that water, along with regulation on agricultural usage, and costly increases for farmers.

Then will come the offset demands — as with carbon offsets, the WEF water czars will demand trades of activities to offset the supposed pollution of the waterways.

The World Economic Forum wrote:

“Natural resources crises, including for water and food, come within the top 10 biggest risks facing humanity in the coming decade.”

There you have it: Create a crisis, sound the alarm bells, convince people that the only way to save the planet and keep them from dying of starvation and thirst is for them to hand over their God-given rights.

The globalists are no longer coming at us with a single-shot shotgun, or even a double-barrel. They’ve got climate alarmism, they’ve got scary new pandemics, and now they’ve got a water crisis: Let the fear porn roll. 

The WEF concludes that, “It’s clear that we need to rethink our approach to how we can best allocate and value water. How can we share the cost of preventing or mitigating droughts and floods exacerbated by global warming?”

That’s a rhetorical question for which the globalists already stand waiting with the answer: They will fix it all if we just give them more power.

They won’t stop until they have accumulated, with each new crisis, unprecedented power, all centralized in global bodies like the WHO, the UN and its myriad agencies. 

This really is a hazardous time in history.
