A world-renowned professor who drafted America’s laws on bioweapons has signed a sworn affidavit asserting that Covid mRNA shots are “weapons of mass destruction.”

Dr. Francis Boyle is a Harvard-educated law professor who drafted the 1989 Biological Weapons and Antiterrorism Act.

The landmark legislation passed both houses of Congress unanimously.

It was signed into law by President George H. W. Bush on May 22, 1990.

Dr. Boyle has now provided a signed affidavit stating that Covid mRNA injections violate the law he wrote.

Boyle asserts that “COVID-19 nanoparticle injections,” and “mRNA nanoparticle injections” are bioweapons and weapons of mass destruction.

Dr. Boyle provided this affidavit in a Florida case involving an emergency petition for a writ of mandamus, which seeks to compel Governor Ron DeSantis to prohibit the distribution of Covid mRNA injections in the state of Florida, as Slay News reported.

It also seeks to compel Attorney General Ashley Moody to confiscate the vials.

According to reporting from Dr. Joseph Sansone, the original Emergency Petition for a Writ of Mandamus was filed on March 3rd, 2024, in the Florida Supreme Court.

It was then transferred to the Circuit Court in Leon County on March 20th, 2024.

On April 9th, 2024, the Circuit Court dismissed the case.

The case is now in the appeals court.

The Appellate Brief was filed on Memorial Day, May 27th.

The pleadings assert that the distribution of Covid mRNA shots violates the following laws:

• Federal laws against Biological Weapons 
• Florida Weapons and Firearms statute
• Treason
• Domestic Terrorism
• Murder 
• Florida Drugs and Cosmetic Act 
• Florida’s Fraud statute 
• And Florida’s Medical Consent Law

Breitbart reports that another set of polls show Americans are continuing to turn against the radical transgender agenda.

A Pew Research poll finds that a growing majority of voters believe a person’s feelings about his or her “gender” are tied to their biological sex. This conclusion contradicts claims by transgender activists, who insist the government should treat each person’s gender feelings as more important than the reality of biological sex.

Pew finds that a growing number of voters believe gender is determined at birth and can’t be chosen at will.

The poll released last week found that 65 percent say a person’s gender is determined at birth, while only 34 percent said a person can change their gender later in life.

Pew added that 90 percent of Trump voters say gender is assigned at birth. As to Biden supporters, only 39 percent agree that gender is assigned at birth.

Unsurprisingly, 59 percent of Biden voter say a person can change their gender while only 9 percent of Trump voters agree.

Pew also found a result that might be worrisome for Democrats: 64 percent of black Biden voters say that a person’s gender is determined at birth. But a smaller number, 46 percent, of Hispanic Biden voters agree. An even small number of white Biden voters, 32 percent, said they believe gender is assigned at birth.

Joe Biden reportedly apologized to Ukrainian President Zelensky for the delayed delivery of U.S. military assistance.

Since the war between Russia and Ukraine started in February 2022, American taxpayers have been funding the conflicts with hundreds of billions of dollars in aid.

For Ukraine’s leadership, however, it is never enough.

According to a report by Breitbart, Zelensky, who continues to beg the West and especially the United States for military weapons and cash, met with Biden during an event in Paris on the sidelines of the D-day ceremonies.

Biden was reportedly making comments to the fact that Republicans in Congress were behind the holdup in the latest round of $61 billion in Ukraine war material.

The U.S. president apparently decided to speak on behalf of all American citizens in telling Zelensky that the United States is still 100% in support of Ukraine’s mission.

“We’re still in,” Biden told the Ukrainian president during one of the ceremonies.

“Completely. Thoroughly.”

But multiple polls tell a vastly different story.

President Zelensky used the moment — which was supposed to be honoring the 80th anniversary of D-Day — to complain that U.S. taxpayers need to do more to fund the endless war.

Zelensky demanded that all Americans must support Ukraine’s continued warfare like they did “during World War II.”

Biden’s apology quickly generated heated discussion across social media and from GOP leaders like Vivek Ramaswamy.

It’s important to note that Biden hasn’t apologized for his disaster at the U.S. Southern border, for having pro-lifers arrested and thrown in prison for up to 10 years, for selling out Israel, or for the embarrassing and deadly way he exited U.S. troops from Afghanistan, but he couldn’t wait to offer his apology for holding up Zelensky’s U.S. taxpayer-funded gravy train for a couple of months. What a disgrace.

Well, it didn’t take long for Ukraine to take advantage of its newfound freedom to use Western weapons to strike targets inside Russia.

Ukraine is boasting that it has launched its first successful airstrike by fighter jet inside Russian territory.

Zero Hedge reported an unidentified Ukrainian military source described to Sky News that an air-launched missile strike was conducted inside Russia's Belgorod region Sunday, hitting a “Russian command node.” 

Sky News raised the likelihood that a Western-supplied missile was used in the attack, highlighting that it comes soon after Western allies including the U.S. greenlighted Kiev's use of NATO-supplied munitions to attack inside Russia.

The report stated:

“It was not immediately clear what type of munition was used in the attack, including whether or not it had been a Western weapon.”

The Ukrainian military source told Sky: “A Ukrainian Air Force (UAF) mission has struck a Russian command node in Belgorod. While damage assessment is still occurring, it is confirmed as a direct hit. This is the first UAF air-delivered munition delivered against a target within Russia.”

Cross-border drone attacks have become commonplace at this point, but never has there been a report of a fighter jet attacking a location inside Russia's borders.

This is a major escalation that we knew was coming. Russian President Vladimir Putin will now be forced to retaliate, and this is the kind of tit-for-tat escalation that could easily result in a World War III type conflict.

The Russian news outlet RT reports that any airfields hosting Ukraine's F-16 fighter jets, whether they are in or outside the country, will be legitimate targets for the Russian military if they participate in combat missions against Moscow’s forces, the chairman of the Russian State Duma Defense Committee, Andrey Kartapolov, has warned. 

The comments come as Kiev prepares to receive the first delivery of US-made fighter jets from its Western backers.   

In a statement to RIA Novosti published Monday, Kartapolov clarified that if the F-16s “are not used for their intended purpose” or are simply held in storage at foreign airbases with the intent to transfer them to Ukraine, where they will be equipped, maintained, and flown from Ukrainian airfields, then Russia would have no claims against its “former partners” and would not target them.  

However, if the jets take off from foreign bases and carry out strikes against Russian forces, both the fighter planes and the airfields they are stationed at will be “legitimate targets,” according to the Russian MP, who added, “As for our ability to shoot them down, we can shoot down anyone, anywhere.”

His statement comes after the chief of aviation of Ukraine’s Air Force Command stated in an interview with Radio Liberty on Sunday that some of the F-16 fighter jets donated to Kiev by the West would be stationed at foreign airbases. 

He explained that only a portion of the jets would be stationed directly on Ukrainian territory, corresponding to the number of pilots trained to operate the aircraft. The other jets would be kept in reserve at “safe airbases” abroad so that they are not targeted by the Russian military.

U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham has become the first member of the Washington establishment to say the quiet part out loud regarding the U.S. funding of the war between Ukraine and Russia, which is really a war between the U.S./NATO and Russia.

Speaking in an interview with CBS News Face the Nation on Sunday, Senator Graham said Washington “cannot afford” to allow Russia to achieve victory in its war with Ukraine as this would mean losing direct access to vast mineral assets.

Graham accused Russian President Vladimir Putin of being a “megalomaniac” who is attempting to “re-create the Russian Empire by force of arms,” starting with Ukraine, a favorite talking point of the Washington neocons which has no basis in fact. Graham further claimed that if Moscow wins the conflict, it will then take over Ukraine’s wealth and share it with China. Graham described that prospect as “ridiculous,” suggesting it would be better if this “gold mine” were available to the U.S. instead.

“They’re sitting on 10 to $12 trillion of critical minerals in Ukraine. They could be the richest country in all of Europe... If we help Ukraine now, they can become the best business partner we ever dreamed of, that $10 to $12 trillion of critical mineral assets could be used by Ukraine and the West, not given to Putin and China,” Graham stated.

A top Navy admiral revealed a U.S. plan called “hellscape” to stop China from taking Taiwan.

Admiral Samuel Paparo, chief of the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command, provided a glimpse into the strategy in an interview with the Washington Post on Monday.

Paparo stated, “I want to turn the Taiwan Strait into an unmanned hellscape using a number of classified capabilities.”

The strategy involves deploying thousands of unmanned submarines, aerial drones, and surface ships to delay a marine invasion by Chinese forces. In May, the Pentagon announced advances with its Replicator initiative, which aims to use drones and other unmanned aircraft for the defense of Taiwan against China. 

Paparo commented on the initiative’s development, saying, “This is a critical step in delivering the capabilities we need, at the scale and speed we need, to continue securing a free and open Indo-Pacific.”

Since the inauguration of Taiwanese President Lai Ching-te on May 20, China has continued conducting military exercises around Taiwan, which according to some resemble a blockade.

PayPal announced last month it will begin selling customers’ personal and private transaction data to create a targeted advertising network.

The WinePress reported in April that JP Morgan-Chase will be doing something similar by monetizing 80 million of their customer’s transaction history for targeted ads.

VISA also revealed last month that it will begin distributing transaction data to retailers.  

PayPal noted in its press release:

“PayPal Holdings Inc. today announced new leadership appointments that will drive the creation of a new advertising platform and strengthen the company’s consumer value proposition.”

It goes on to describe its new advertising platform as follows:

“PayPal’s long-standing relationships with millions of consumers and merchants make the company uniquely positioned to create an advertising platform that is rooted in commerce. Mark Grether will join the company to build an advertising business that will help make merchants smarter to sell more products and services effectively, as well as enable consumers to discover more of what they love. The advertising business, which will include PayPal advanced offers platform, will use customer insights to build a dynamic, truly personalized platform that will drive better advertising spend performance for merchants while delighting consumers with compelling offers.”

Notice that instead of calling it what it is, your personal financial data, PayPal uses the Orwellian term “customer insights.” This makes it sound like you are voluntarily handing over your “insights,” instead of them stealing your personal information.

In a case that involved at least 27 victims, a 35-year-old Sudanese man who came to France as a refugee has been convicted of multiple arson attacks across the French city of Pau. The fires were set over a period two months in 2022. 

ReMix News reports that during one of the attacks, a young female student was forced to jump from her window, 22 feet off the ground, resulting in her breaking both her ankles and leaving her confined to using a cane, probably for the rest of her life.

The Sudanese man has now been convicted, but the French judge in the case refuses to deport him, saying that being sent back to Sudan would represent too grave a threat to his life.

The first incident occurred on the night of March 18, 2022, when he set a building on fire along with two vehicles nearby, according to reports by French news media.

On the night of May 3, he lit an entire building on fire. Dozens of students were trapped inside but only one was seriously injured. 

On May 12, the same Sudanese man set seven vehicles on fire, and then on the same night, he broke into the Saint-Pierre Church and set fire to the sanctuary.

He was convicted and sentenced to 10 years prison.

The judge refused to issue a deportation order in the case despite the serious nature of the crime and the prosecution’s recommendation that the asylum seeker be deported.

And we wonder why Western civilization is collapsing.

Time now for our nightly Worldview Report commentary.

The Media Research Center, also known as MRC, reports that the Associated Press is capable of very quickly issuing fact checks when it suits them, which is whenever the facts can be manipulated in a way that supports the Biden regime and its globalist agenda. 

But when the opposite scenario is in play – when a news report supportive of its leftist agenda proves to be false, the AP is in no hurry to correct itself and protect its readers from fake news.

MRC’s P.J. Gladnick writes that when a major story AP published about a bird flu death turned out to be false, “nary a peep of correction from them as of this writing.” The AP story on Wednesday blasted out this headline: “Man in Mexico died of a bird flu strain that hadn’t been confirmed before in a human, WHO says."

As it turns out, the story about the first human to die of bird flu was not based in fact.

The proof is in the AP story itself. When you read a few paragraphs down, Gladnick notes that you see more information that reveals that perhaps it was not bird flu that caused the man's death despite what the AP headline said.

The relevant paragraph, which AP buried deep in the story, states:

“According to family members, the WHO release said, the patient had been bedridden for unrelated reasons before developing a fever, shortness of breath and diarrhea on April 17. Mexico’s public health department said in a statement that he had underlying ailments, including chronic kidney failure, diabetes and high blood pressure.”

So be careful of those sensational headlines coming from the AP and the many other media outlets that specialize in fake news. Because we are bound to see more of them as we get into the heart of the fall election cycle and Democrats need another excuse to mail out millions of ballots to be filled out and turned in by their well-oiled cheating machine.
