An appeals court stacked with Biden judges has ruled that former President Donald Trump does not have immunity in a case related to the 2020 presidential election.

The three-judge panel ruled unanimously in favor of corrupt prosecutor Jack Smith, writing:

“Any executive immunity that may have protected him while he served as president no longer protects him against this prosecution.”

Of the three judges on the panel, two were appointed by Joe Biden and the third was appointed by George W. Bush.

Smith’s case accuses Trump of using false claims of voter fraud to pressure lawmakers, Justice Department officials and then-Vice President Mike Pence to prevent certification of Joe Biden's fraudulent election victory.

It is the second time in as many months that judges have rejected Trump's argument that he is immune from prosecution for actions he took during his time in office and during the run-up to the January 6, 2021 Capitol riot. 

A spokesman for Trump's 2024 campaign said he would appeal the decision.

Bayer is facing multiple lawsuits alleging Roundup causes cancer. 

Bayer may not have done its due diligence before its 2018 acquisition of Monsanto, the agrochemical giant that produces the heavily used herbicide Roundup. Bayer has found itself embroiled in legal troubles ever since that acquisition, with claims asserting that Roundup causes cancer. 

Philadelphia jurors awarded $2.25 billion to 49-year-old John McKivinson, who said his non-Hodgkins lymphoma was caused by the glyphosate-based weed killer, as reported recently by CNN. The $2 billion was for punative damages as the jury found Roundup to be “a defective cancer-causing product, that Monsanto was negligent, and that Monsanto failed to warn about the dangers of the weed killer.” McKivinson said he developed cancer after using Roundup on his property for two decades.

Glyphosate has become so commonplace that it is even found in vaccines. According to an article “Glyphosate Found in Childhood Vaccines” by Zen Honeycutt for Ecowatch, reprinted by The Cornucopia Institute: 

“The discovery of glyphosate in vaccines points to the likelihood that the inert ingredients in Roundup, which make the herbicide more toxic than glyphosate alone, are also present. The effects of injecting Roundup into children are unknown. What is known is that this toxic chemical is dispersing widely across the environment.”

Slay News reports that several members of the illegal alien gang involved in the shocking beatdown of NYPD officers last week have been re-arrested by authorities in Arizona.

As Slay News previously reported, the illegal migrants were arrested in New York City after a video of them attacking police offers went viral and provoked widespread outrage.

The gang assault occurred in Times Square near a migrant shelter.

The migrant gang members had been living in the nearby shelter which is paid for by taxpayers.

Despite the outrage over their crimes, the illegal aliens were immediately released back onto NYC streets.

Shortly after, they fled the state by obtaining taxpayer-funded bus tickets which are handed out to illegals.

Reports had emerged that some of the gang had traveled to California to take advantage of the taxpayer-funded handouts in the deep blue state.

However, sources with Immigration and Customs Enforcement told Fox News that the migrants involved in the mob beating of NYPD officers were arrested Monday evening.

They were reportedly taken into custody by ICE and Homeland Security Investigations at a Greyhound bus station in Phoenix.

The identities of the suspects arrested have not been released.

There are also no further details on which of the migrants seen beating the officers were arrested on Monday.

Credit card delinquencies surged more than 50% in 2023 as total consumer debt swelled to $17.5 trillion, the New York Federal Reserve reported Tuesday.

Debt that has transitioned into “serious delinquency,” or 90 days or more past due, increased across multiple categories during the year, but none more so than credit cards.

With a total of $1.13 trillion in debt, credit card debt that moved into serious delinquency amounted to 6.4% in the fourth quarter, a 59% jump from just over 4% at the end of 2022, the New York Fed reported. 

Delinquencies also rose in mortgages and auto loans. 

Wilbert van der Klaauw, economic research advisor at the New York Fed, stated:

“Credit card and auto loan transitions into delinquency are still rising above pre-pandemic levels. This signals increased financial stress, especially among younger and lower-income households.”

Australia’s government has set July 1st as the tentative rollout date for its nationwide digital ID. The exact date will depend on the timing of its legislation which is due to be adopted by the federal parliament.

According to a report by Biometric Update: Australia’s public input timeframe for a sweeping Digital ID Bill came to a close in late January after receiving submissions from business and financial groups as well as civil rights organizations. The government is now in consultation with the states, ChannelNews Australia reports.

The Department of Finance told the news outlet that the new system will allow users to choose their preferred digital ID provider for accessing government and private services. 

Private organizations can apply to be accredited as digital ID services from the government’s so-called Trusted Digital Identity Framework. Among companies that have already received accreditation are Australia Post, MasterCard and OCR Labs while banks and other institutions have expressed interest.

A government spokesperson stated:

“The legislation will enable the expansion of the Australian Government Digital ID System to include state, territory and private sector organizations that choose to participate.”

The national digital ID will function like an expanded version of MyGovID, which Australians already use to access the Australian Taxation Office, Centrelink and Medicare. 

All accredited digital ID systems will be expected to observe the same three levels of security standards with the highest one including registering user biometrics, such as a face, palm or eye scan. A user will be able to generate a multipoint image on a device that will be checked against their passport photo and, in the future, driver’s license. Establishing your credentials only needed to be done once, officials say.

Once the legislation passes through Parliament, the new national digital ID will roll out in several phases, according to an explainer published by consumer protection group Choice.

During the first phase, the government will work on setting up a regulator and expanding its use. In phase two, local state and territory digital IDs will be used to access Commonwealth services while phase three will see myGovID used in the private sector. In the final phase, Australians will be able to use privately created digital IDs that have received accreditation for accessing some government services.

Just the News reports that a mainstream science publication is calling for a “global moratorium” on COVID-19 mRNA vaccines.

The Springer Nature medical journal Cureus, a sister publication of the Nature and Scientific American, published a peer-reviewed paper by high-profile mRNA vaccine critics last month, showing the growing mainstream openness to data and arguments once nitpicked if not ignored by publishers and suppressed by academia and Big Tech.

The feds have struggled to keep interest high in each new formulation of the COVID vaccines, with fewer than 12% of minors, 22% of adults and just 41% of those 65 and up taking the 2023-2024 vaccines, according to the latest weekly National Immunization Survey.

Just the News author Greg Piper writes:

“The dam of The Science, which once limited the flow of research questioning the integrity of trial data and wisdom of one-size-fits-all vaccination recommendations to a trickle, now struggles to stop a worldwide deluge as new cracks emerge seemingly every week.”

While early reports from the mRNA trials said the novel vaccines “could greatly reduce COVID-19 symptoms,” re-analysis of Pfizer's trial data “identified statistically significant increases” in serious adverse events in the intervention group, which then became unmistakable after emergency use authorization, the Cureus paper says.

The paper also stated: “The risk-benefit imbalance substantiated by the evidence to date contraindicates further booster injections and suggests that, at a minimum, the mRNA injections should be removed from the childhood immunization program until proper safety and toxicological studies are conducted.”

The Biden administration pressured Amazon to censor books related to Covid vaccines in early 2021 citing concerns that the material contained “propaganda” and “misinformation,” internal company emails released by Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) appear to show.

The documents were obtained by the House Judiciary Committee and the Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government via subpoena, Jordan said in a X thread Monday, which he dubbed, “THE AMAZON FILES.”

Andrew Slavitt, a former White House senior advisor for COVID-19 response, wrote to Amazon in a March 2, 2021, email:

“Who can we talk to about the high levels of propaganda and misinformation and disinformation of Amazon?” 

In a follow-up message the next day, Slavitt wrote:

“If you search for ‘vaccines’ under books, I see what comes up. I haven’t looked beyond that but if that’s what’s on the surface, it’s concerning.”

Amazon officials initially balked at performing “a manual intervention” to remove certain book titles from appearing, arguing that it would be “too visible” and lead to further scrutiny.

The Amazon officials, whose names are redacted from the email, then note that another individual at the company, whose name is also redacted, “gave very direct guidance to the teams to be boring and not do anything that is visible and will draw more attention.”

The email states that a tweak to the bookseller’s website that would redirect more customers searching certain keywords to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention website was in the works and that a screenshot of that change should be sent to the White House, but it warned employees to play coy with the Biden administration about potential further actions.

The Gateway Pundit reports that after months of organized protest, all signs seem to indicate that farmers have achieved a major victory against the European Union and its failed, crippling green-energy policies and regulations.

Unprecedented protests rocked Europe from east to west, from north to south. A non-exhaustive list would include France, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Ireland, Italy, and of course Belgium – with farmers converging to Brussels to protest in front of the European Parliament.

Of course, the mainstream media tried to characterize the protest as being about “subsidies” and “protection against products from lesser regulated countries” – but a core demand that united all nationalities was the stark rejection of the global warming climate alarmism, and the policies and regulations that originated from the World Economic Forum and United Nations.

One such monstrosity is the Sustainable Use Regulation, which aimed to halve the use of pesticides – and possibly bankrupt all the farmers in the process.

Now, European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen proposed withdrawing the EU’s plan, calling it a “symbol of polarization.”

Reuters reported that Von der Leyen told the European Parliament: “Our farmers deserve to be listened to. I know that they are worried about the future of agriculture and their future as farmers. But they also know that agriculture needs to move to a more sustainable model of production so that their farms remain profitable in the years to come.”

Besides farmers protesting against rising costs, taxes, and cheap food imports, one main demand is against constraints meant to “fight climate change.”

European farmers’ lobby COPA-COGECA welcomed Von der Leyen’s remarks:

“The EU Commission finally acknowledges that its approach was not the right one, and so strengthens the credibility and importance of the current strategic dialogue,” the lobby’s president Christiane Lambert said in a post on social media platform X.

This was not the first or only concession by the EU. Last week, the EU proposed an exemption on rules requiring farmers to leave part of their land fallow.

Belgian’s Prime Minister Alexander De Croo welcomed the proposal in a post on X, saying it was “crucial we keep our farmers on board to a more sustainable future of farming, as part of our determination to get the Green Deal done.”

So, Reuters reports that, in an attempt to undo the knot that farmers tied around Europe’s cities and roads, Ursula von der Leyen announced the withdrawal of the Sustainable Use Regulation, marking the first defeat of the Green Deal.

A bipartisan group of 50 Senators and House members is requesting that Attorney General Merrick Garland provide information on illegal marijuana cultivation operations in the United States that are tied to the Chinese Communist Party.

The lawmakers, led by Rep. Pete Sessions (R-Texas), Rep. Jared Golden (D-Maine), Rep. David Valadao (R-Calif.), Senator Joni Ernst (R-Iowa), and Senator Angus King (I-Maine), sent a letter to Garland on February 2, expressing their concerns.

They wrote:

“Chinese nationals—including those with potential ties to the Chinese Communist Party – are reportedly operating thousands of illicit marijuana farms across the country. The thousands of illicit Chinese marijuana-growing operations pose a direct threat to public safety, human rights, national security, and the addiction crisis gripping our nation.”

The lawmakers said Chinese marijuana-growing operations had been discovered in many states, including California, Colorado, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nevada, Oklahoma, Oregon, and Washington.

The lawmakers wrote:

“In some cases, the grow operators were also engaged in human trafficking, forced labor, drug trafficking, and violent crime. These farms are most commonly in states with legal marijuana programs where illicit growers try to disguise their operations in communities where law-abiding Americans live and work.”

The letter referenced a leaked 2023 memo from the Department of Homeland Security, which said 270 suspected China-linked illegal marijuana-growing operations in Maine were generating more than $4.3 billion in revenue.

The letter said more than 2,000 marijuana farmers in Oklahoma “are linked to China,” adding that, “Investigators in Oklahoma discovered illicit marijuana growers engaged in human trafficking, sex trafficking, ketamine trafficking, illegal gambling, and international money laundering.”

A new report claims the fastest-growing group of illegal immigrants entering the United States along the southern border is from China, with roughly 37,000 Chinese nationals reportedly apprehended at the border last year alone.

According to data provided by the Department of Justice, 55% of Chinese immigrants were granted asylum in 2023, compared with 14% for immigrants of other nationalities. In a post on X, formerly Twitter, 60 Minutes cited U.S. Customs and Border Protection, claiming that 37,000 Chinese nationals were apprehended while illegally attempting to cross the U.S.-Mexico border last year.

According to CBS News, reporters recently witnessed large groups of Chinese migrants entering the United States through a 4-foot gap in border fencing near San Diego, California. Over a four-day period, CBS News witnessed roughly 600 illegal immigrants from around the world crossing through the gap in the border fence, with a high percentage of the illegal immigrants coming from China.

American Military News reports that Democrat lawmakers have proposed a bill to ban private militia and paramilitary groups from operating in the United States.

Senator Ed Markey (D-Mass.) and Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-Md.) introduced the Preventing Private Paramilitary Activity Act following the three-year anniversary of the January 6, 2021 Capitol riot.

The proposed legislation would prevent private militias and paramilitary groups from “publicly patrolling, drilling, or engaging in harmful or deadly paramilitary techniques,” and “interfering with the exercise of someone else’s constitutional rights,” and “interfering with or interrupting government proceedings,” or “falsely assuming the functions of law enforcement and asserting authority over others.” They would also be prohibited from “training to engage in such behavior.”

The bill defines a paramilitary group as “any group of 3 or more persons associating under a command structure for the purpose of functioning in public or training to function in public as a combat, combat support, law enforcement, or security services unit.”

Of course, this is completely unconstitutional and will never pass the House but if it were to pass, you can bet your last dollar that Biden will sign it. 

This would violate both the First Amendment right to assemble and the Second Amendment right to keep and bear arms. 

In this current lawless environment, nothing can be ruled out. The Democrats and some of their RINO enablers will do anything they believe they can get away with and this is just the latest example. 

In a true republic, the government fears the people, but in a corrupted republic on the brink of dictatorship, the people fear the government. If this bill were to become law, it would solidify the fear factor among ordinary Americans, rendering them helpless against the administrative state.
