Good evening and welcome to the Worldview Report.

We lead off tonight with a shocking story out of New Jersey.

A lawsuit has been filed by the Institute for Justice over a New Jersey state program that has been obtaining, and secretly retaining, blood from newborns.

The Institute for Justice explained in a press release it is representing two sets of parents in the case.

That’s because, right now, the state claims it can use the DNA from the babies’ blood samples for any reason, without informed consent from parents.

The case charges that state law in New Jersey demands that when babies are born, blood be taken and tested for various diseases. This same demand exists in most other states, as well.

But, according to the legal team representing the parents, what makes New Jersey different is that, “after the testing is over, New Jersey’s Department of Health keeps the leftover blood for 23 years. The state does not ask parents for their consent to keep their babies’ blood, failing to even inform parents that it will hold onto the residual blood. The only way parents could learn about such retention is by proactively looking it up on one of the third-party websites listed on the bottom of the card they’re given after the blood draw.

“And, once the state has the blood, it can use it however it wishes, including selling it to third parties, giving it to police without a warrant, or even selling it to the Pentagon to create a registry—as previously happened in Texas.”

Rob Frommer, a senior IJ lawyer, stated:

“Parents have a right to informed consent if the state wants to keep their children’s blood for decades and use it for purposes other than screening for diseases. New Jersey’s policy of storing baby blood and DNA and using that genetic information however it wants is a clear violation of the Fourth Amendment rights of all New Jersey parents and their newborns.”

Similar lawsuits already have been brought against Texas, Minnesota and Michigan, and in those cases, settlements have ordered the destruction of blood samples held by the states, or the state has voluntarily destroyed them.

Military.com reports that, without warning, hundreds of noncommissioned officers were ordered via email to report to the recruiting school at Fort Knox, Kentucky, in less than a week, with hundreds more set to start at the school in December—a sudden and unexpected move by the Army to boost by 800 its number of recruiters by year’s end.

The orders came after a breakdown in how the Army tracks how many recruiters it has coming through the pipeline along with retention of existing ones, according to Lt. Gen. Douglas Stitt, the Army's top personnel officer. The sudden depletion of recruiters caught Army planners flat-footed, with officials unable to provide a clear explanation as to what went wrong. 

Now, NCOs will likely have to move during the holiday season and in the middle of the school year, sowing chaos for families.

One noncommissioned officer told Military.com on the condition of anonymity:

“Given the six-day heads up, we have zero time to plan child care. We can barely find and afford child care during the week as it is, so now my wife may end up having to quit her job entirely because it is impossible to find on the weekend.”

The Army has roughly 10,000 recruiters, but that force has been bleeding troops over the past year. The 800 emergency recruiting students will allow the service to maintain its numbers. Recruiters have reported to Military.com in recent months of working longer hours and, in some cases, getting fired for missing quotas.

Stitt told reporters Wednesday:

“I want to apologize to the soldiers and families for receiving this last-minute notification; that mistake is mine. It's not lost on me, particularly at this point in time on the cusp of the holidays, the [impact] this has on our soldiers and NCOs.”

The mad dash to fill its recruiter ranks has the Army dismissing minimum standards to send soldiers to the school, including getting rid of requirements that they have passing fitness scores and be in compliance with body weight standards, according to an internal email reviewed by Military.com. 

Some soldiers who were set to be drill sergeants will be reassigned as recruiters.

To incentivize recruiting roles, the Army is offering promotions and sometimes money. The service will promote sergeants going to recruiting school to staff sergeant, “no questions asked,” Sgt. Maj. Chris Stevens told reporters.

Those who attend recruiting school and attend by February will earn a $5,000 bonus. Current recruiters who extend their recruiting contracts can earn $1,500 per month for one year. Staff sergeants who volunteer for recruiting school, and recruit 24 applicants in their first year on the job, will be promoted to sergeant first class. 

All of this sounds like an Army in dire straights that suddenly realized it’s unprepared to fight a World War even though the nation’s politicians have been pushing us in that direction for well over a year.

The U.S. test of a Minuteman III intercontinental ballistic missile ended in failure last week.

A disarmed test missile had to be destroyed in flight on November 1st. The Air Force provided no details about what went wrong.

According to a statement by the Air Force Global Strike Command, the Minuteman III ICBM was “safely terminated” at 12:06 a.m. Pacific time, “due to an anomaly during a test launch from Vandenberg Space Force Base, California.”

According to the U.S. military, the missile nevertheless provided “vital data” and that the command “learns lessons from every test launch,” so it can ensure the “continued reliability and accuracy” of the Minuteman III.

The command said it would form a group to investigate the cause of the test failure.

Last week’s test was announced by Pentagon spokesman Brigadier General Pat Ryder as a way to demonstrate the “redundancy and reliability of our strategic-deterrence system while sending a visible message of assurance to allies.”

I can’t help but wonder how assured our allies are feeling today.

Russia’s former advisor to the President and economist-turned-politician, Sergey Glazyev, made a huge announcement on the formation of the upcoming BRICS currency.

Sergey’s statements indicate that BRICS is serious about launching a new currency to take on the U.S. dollar. Going by Russia’s economist’s comments, the new BRICS currency might be launched during the 16th summit in 2024.

Sergey made a huge announcement by confirming that the BRICS currency is already in the works. He confirmed that the currency is almost ready for launch and needs fine-tuning before its release. The BRICS currency is almost ready and needs political consent, he said.

The economist added, “In order to launch this currency, we need the political consent of the BRICS countries. Three of which have already expressed their support for the idea of introducing a new currency through their heads of state.”

According to Sergey, three out of five BRICS countries are supporting the currency while two other nations are yet to provide their opinion. If the two countries provide their consent, then the BRICS currency has a chance of being released next year in 2024.

A research team at Durham University in the U.K. has come up with a new way to guilt people out of eating meat: slap graphic warning labels on meat products warning that consuming them will harm the planet.

According to this study, putting warning labels on meat products does change behavior, and in a real twist, it turns out that warning people about the effects of meat consumption on poor Gaia had a larger impact than health-related warnings on cigarette packaging. In the U.K. the warnings are extremely graphic, but apparently don’t change behavior that much.

Bar bouncers in Southampton, England, will wear body cameras with facial recognition technology to cut down on crime in a first for the U.K., according to the Daily Echo.

The three-month trial will see the cameras, fitted with Reveal facial-recognition technology, worn by door staff across seven venues to help identify those who have been barred. 

The city's Business Improvement District is the first of its kind in the country to run such a trial.

Jade McCauley, operations manager for the district, said: “In Southampton we have won awards for our approach to safety in the night-time economy but we think we can always go further, and we’re committed to reducing crime and keeping the city center a great place to be. The new tech is expected to help door staff identify offenders more quickly and easily by alerting them if someone is trying to gain entry when they have previously been banned.”

It comes as an extension of the Southampton Business Crime Partnership's already-successful Red Card scheme which links premises so if a person is banned from one business, they are banned from all of them. 

McCauley said the trial was fully funded by Reveal and is an “exciting opportunity to test emerging technology in a proportionate fashion to further ensure a safe night out for everyone.”

It doesn’t take too much of an imagination to see how this technology could be abused. But this is all part of the new smart city, 15-minute city technology that is being promoted by the World Economic Forum and other globalist organizations.

Yet another bank has quietly collapsed, receiving very little coverage by the corporate media. The latest bank to be seized by the government and sold off to a third party is Citizens Bank of Sac City, Iowa.

The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation seized the bank’s assets on Friday, November 3rd. In a press release the FDIC stated:

“Citizens Bank, Sac City, Iowa, was closed today by the Iowa Division of Banking, which appointed the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) as receiver. To protect depositors, the FDIC entered into a Purchase and Assumption Agreement with Iowa Trust & Savings Bank, Emmetsburg, Iowa, to assume all of the deposits of Citizens Bank.”

The press release added that the two branches of Citizens Bank will reopen as branches of Iowa Trust & Savings Bank on Monday during normal business hours.

U.S. Rep. Rashida Tlaib's defense of a phrase used by Palestinians in connection with the war between Israel and Hamas is drawing condemnation from critics, including a prominent fellow Democrat — Michigan’s far-left lesbian Attorney General Dana Nessel.

The Detroit News reports that on Friday, November 3rd, Tlaib posted a video on the social platform X in which she said Joe Biden's support of Israel would cost him reelection in 2024, accused him of supporting “the genocide of the Palestinian people” and showed protesters in Michigan yelling the slogan “from the river to the sea!”

Tlaib linked that tweet to another one that explained what she meant by “from the river to the sea” — a reference to the area from the Jordan River to the Mediterranean Sea, or the land between the bodies of water that includes Israel. She was calling for the elimination of the Jewish state.

Tlaib tweeted:

“From the river to the sea is an aspirational call for freedom, human rights, and peaceful coexistence, not death, destruction, or hate. My work and advocacy is always centered in justice and dignity for all people no matter faith or ethnicity.”

The tweet prompted 29,000 responses, many of them condemning the phrase as antisemitic because it is also used by Hamas, the ruling party in Gaza that launched an Oct. 7 attack in Israel that brutally killed more than 1,400 Israelis.

Among the most prominent critics was Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel, who is Jewish.

Nessel tweeted:

“@RashidaTlaib, I have supported and defended you countless times, even when you have said the indefensible, because I believed you to be a good person whose heart was in the right place. But this is so hurtful to so many. Please retract this cruel and hateful remark.”

So when a right winger gets accused of being antisemitic, the knives come out on the left and they call for censorship, even arrests of the guilty parties. But when a leftist becomes a little too antisemitic, the guilty party gets politely asked to “please retract” their statement.

This is just an extension of the two-tiered justice system now firmly in control of the United States of America.

Nearly a quarter of Americans say that they know someone who died from COVID-19 injection side effects,  according to a Rasmussen Reports poll released on Thursday.

More men (51 percent) than women (44 percent) said someone they know personally died from side effects of the COVID injections.

Political affiliation did not play a major role in the answers, according to Rasmussen. A full 25 percent of Republicans said they knew someone personally who died from side effects of the COVID-19 vax, compared to 24 percent of Democrats and unaffiliated voters.

Even more respondents—42 percent—said that if there was a major class-action lawsuit against the pharmaceutical companies for adverse side effects, they would be likely to join the lawsuit.

Forty-seven percent of respondents said they weren’t likely to join a class-action lawsuit against vaccine makers, including 25 percent who said it’s “not at all likely.” Another 11 percent were not sure.

Rasmussen conducted the survey of 1,110 American adults in the final week of October.

On the question of whether they personally knew someone who died of COVID-19, 47 percent said they did, and 49 percent said they didn’t know anyone who died from the virus.

Among those who say someone they know died from COVID-19, 41 percent also say they know someone who died from side effects of the COVID vaccine. 

Adults under 40 were less likely to say they knew someone who died from the coronavirus, but more likely to say they would join a class-action lawsuit against pharmaceutical companies for vaccine side effects. Men under 40 were particularly likely to say they’d join a class-action lawsuit, the poll found.

Young males have been shown to have an increased risk of myocarditis and pericarditis after taking the COVID-19 shots.

Flag and Cross reports that Pope Francis is set to travel to Dubai – United Arabs Emirates to attend The UN’s COP28 Climate Change Summit. His attendance would mark the first instance of a sitting Pope attending such a meeting.

While issuing a statement, the Vatican’s Secretary of State, Cardinal Pietro Parolin, confirmed that the Pope will be attending the conference, which is scheduled for November 30th to December 12th. 

While in Dubai, the Pope is expected to drive home his recent assertions on climate change.  

In the document Laudate Deum, published Oct. 4, Pope Francis wrote: “Our responses have not been adequate. The impact of climate change will increasingly prejudice the lives and families of many. We will feel its effects in healthcare, sources of employment, access to resources, housing, forced migrations.”

He added, however, that, “We are still in time to stop it,” if drastic actions are taken, stating that the crisis “may be nearing the breaking point…Our future is at stake, the future of our children and our grandchildren. A bit of responsibility is needed.”

He went on to exhort the world’s most powerful people to take decisive action on climate change.

So more of the same from the Jesuit Marxist Pope, as he takes a leadership position on the climate agenda, which he characterizes as something needed to save humanity, when in fact it’s just the opposite. Climate change hysteria will lead to worldwide famine and mass die-offs of the human race. Why? Because they claim that to save the planet, we must raise less livestock and use less fertilizer, among other necessities required to feed the people on the planet.

So, when the Pope or anyone else wraps their “save the planet” nonsense in a humanitarian package, call it for what it is, an outright lie. 

The truth is that the Pope and all of the globalist elites who promote drastic climate change agendas are part of a worldwide death cult. They want fewer people on the planet, a lot fewer, and the only way to achieve this is through war, bioweapons like Covid and Covid vaccines, and engineered famine.
