Good evening everyone and welcome to the Worldview Report.

The Biden regime is now weighing in on testing the first avian flu shot in years on chickens and other types of poultry.

This action is in response to rising fears about the spread of highly virulent avian influenza, which has resulted in the deaths of millions of birds, most of which were found in commercial poultry flocks.

In recent weeks, the United Nations World Health Organization has issued a warning after cases of the virus strain jumping from birds to mammals were reported, urging the countries to prepare for the possibility of another pandemic caused by H5N1.

“Over the past few weeks, there have been several reports of mammals, including minks, otters, foxes, and sea lions, having been infected with H5N1 avian influenza,” said WHO’s Director-General Tedros in a media briefing on global health.

“H5N1 has spread widely in wild birds and poultry for 25 years, but the recent spillover to mammals needs to be monitored closely. For the moment, WHO assesses the risk to humans as low,” he added.

Now, federal scientists are preparing to test the first avian flu shots in years.

However, vaccinating commercial birds isn’t a straightforward solution since some people worry it will make it more difficult for the United States to export poultry products.

“The decision to proceed with vaccination is complex, and many factors must be considered before implementing a vaccination strategy,”  USDA spokesperson Mike Stepien told CBS News, adding that the inspection service is discussing its options and “soliciting input from many different industry stakeholders that would be impacted.”

Stepien noted that while licensing animal vaccinations can take years, certain steps can be expedited in cases of emergency.

Where have we seen that before? They expedited the Covid vaccines for humans, to disastrous effects, while denying the effects have been disastrous. So look for them to do the same for the bird vaccine.

Breitbart reports that a pair of F-35s stationed in northern Europe were dispatched to intercept three Russian warplanes, including two jet fighters, on Monday evening after being detected flying towards NATO airspace with their transponders off.

Three Russian aircraft, an Il-20M intelligence-gathering (‘spy’) plane and two SU-27 Flankers — a Russian analogue to the U.S. F-15 Eagle — were intercepted near the Russian-Polish border on Monday. While they did not enter NATO airspace, they were said to have approached Poland from the Kaliningrad Oblast, a small Russian exclave on the Baltic wedged between Poland and Lithuania with their transponders turned off and also flew in neutral airspace over the Baltic, Poland’s media reports.

The NATO aircraft that intercepted the pair were Dutch F-35s, attached to the NATO Baltic Air Policing mission based out of Malbork airbase. 

Germany took over the interception from the Dutch first-response F-35s and published images their pilots took of the Russian aircraft.

Unicorn Riot, a nonprofit media organization, has posted a video timeline of the chemical disaster in East Palestine, Ohio.

The 10-minute video focuses on the timeline of local media reports and citizen reports of the train derailment and subsequent chemical disaster.

The video takes the viewer through the initial train derailment, then shows citizens’ raw footage video of the next several days, including the impacts from the decision of the authorities to detonate and “burn off” the destabilizing and toxic chemicals. There have been four chemicals identified so far as part of the cargo being carried in at least 20 of the 50 boxcars that derailed on February 3. Three days later on February 6, the Norfolk Southern Company, apparently in consultation with Governor Mike DeWine, detonated five of the boxcars, sending up a mushroom cloud of black smoke hundreds of feet into the air. It all then descended into the soil as soot, and leached into the groundwater, then into several creeks that flow into the Ohio River, a major source of drinking water for 5 million people.

Fish turned up dead. Thousands of them. And people started feeling sick. Their pets got sick and some died.

All of this took place under relative silence of the national media and the federal government, which loves to declare “health emergencies,” but seemed to care less about this particular emergency. After just three days the 2,000 people evacuated in a 1-mile radius of the toxic explosion were cleared to return to their homes.

Those people have a right to be angry. And it’s likely to keep happening in other cities and towns until railroad companies are held accountable.

Erin Brockovich, the consumer advocate made famous by Hollywood, said she is attempting to gather information about the derailment and train fire that prompted the evacuation of the village of East Palestine, Ohio.

Brockovich wrote on Twitter:

“I’m trying to gather information on this very serious situation in Ohio involving a train derailment with hazardous chemicals. What I will say is this. Trust your eyes, ears and nose and get the hell out of there if your senses are telling you to.”

On Monday afternoon, Brockovich—who was the subject of the 2000 Academy Award-winning film “Erin Brockovich”—called on the federal government to be more transparent, stating:

“The Biden administration needs to get more involved in this #PalestineOhio train derailment now. We are counting on you to break the chain of administration after administration to turn a blind eye. STEP UP NOW.”

Thus far, no Biden administration official has traveled to East Palestine and they don’t even seem to want to talk about it.

China is likely responsible for a bizarre aerial phenomenon in Hawaii, according to a report published over the weekend.

Residents of Hawaii’s Big Island witnessed green laser lights shooting down from the sky late last month, the New York Post reported Saturday.

Video of the incident shows projected lights that appear to the naked eye to be manmade.

Experts believe they know who — or what — is responsible for the green lights.

In the caption of the video published to YouTube, personnel of the Subaru Asahi Star Camera — a Japanese facility operated on Mauna Kea, Hawaii — indicated that a Chinese satellite was the likely source of the lights.

The astronomers initially indicated an American satellite was responsible. But NASA scientists familiar with the satellite in question carried out simulations that pointed to the Chinese satellite as the likely source.

The Japanese astronomers wrote:

“According to Dr. Anthony J. Martino, a NASA scientist working on ICESat-2 ATLAS, it is not by their instrument but by others. His colleagues … did a simulation of the trajectory of satellites that have a similar instrument and found a most likely candidate as the ACDL instrument by the Chinese Daqi-1/AEMS satellite.”

A University of Hawaii astronomer described this particular Chinese satellite as a craft that “measures pollutants, among other things.”

Damar Hamlin was asked in an interview with Michael Strahan this past weekend what his doctors told him as far as the reason he collapsed on the field after going into cardiac arrest during a Monday Night Football game.

His non-answer answer spoke volumes. You almost get the feeling he knows what it was but did not feel comfortable speaking publicly about it.

Wow. Very interesting response when put on the spot about the cause of his heart failure.

Steve Kirsch, in a Substack post, says this interview is fresh evidence to suggest that Hamlin was indeed vaccine injured. Kirsch writes:

“Some people speculated that he is so traumatized by the incident, that he doesn’t want to talk about it. But he went to the rest of the playoff games, the Superbowl, the parties after, and now did an interview talking about his experience but doesn't want to talk about the cause.”

He could have taken the opportunity to say his doctors ruled out the possibility of vaccine jabs causing his injury. But he didn’t do that.

Joe Biden will move ahead with the sale of 26 million barrels of oil from the U.S. Strategic Petroleum Reserve (SPR) after draining more than 180 million barrels from America's emergency backup supply in 2022. Already, SPR levels are at their lowest since the 1980s.

According to the Department of Energy, the SPR held 371,579,000 barrels of oil as of February 3, the smallest amount since November 1983.

According to Spencer Brown at Town Hall, “The sale of the 26 million additional barrels will take place between April and June, and further reduce the amount of emergency oil the United States has to respond to actual emergencies not caused by Biden's war on fossil fuels. For context, the SPR held 638 million barrels of oil the week Biden took office. It's now been almost halved by Biden, who is now draining even more from the SPR.” 

Brown goes on to say that whether it's a ploy by Biden to try and soften the blow of rising gas prices expected to move upward again this spring and summer or just Biden continuing to drain off America's oil while limiting more production, it's more confounding policy that won't actually make things better for Americans but will make the U.S. less prepared for serious emergencies.

Senator John Kennedy tweeted that the Strategic Petroleum Reserve is supposed to be for actual emergencies like when hurricanes devastated Louisiana.

NSA whistleblower Edward Snowden says the hysteria over UFOs being shot down over America and Canada is a distraction from Seymour Hersh’s story about the U.S. being responsible for blowing up the Nord Stream pipelines.

Over the past week, there have been at least four instances of U.S. fighter jets destroying unidentified flying objects, and one case over Alaska, in which an object that had no means of propulsion but was spotted flying at 40,000 feet and pilots said interfered with the sensors of their aircraft.

Yesterday, the White House denied that the objects were extraterrestrial in nature, although the glib dismissal if anything only continued to feed into speculation online that ET had paid a flying visit.

In reality, as most people have pointed out, the shootdowns are likely a show of force to save the Biden administration’s blushes from questions as to why the Chinese spy balloon was allowed to monitor America in the first place.

According to Edward Snowden, the UFO flap is also a misdirection to wipe the infinitely more awkward Seymour Hersh story from the headlines.

Snowden tweeted that the hysteria was an “engineered” bait and switch to prevent the media from covering the pipeline explosion revelations.

Inflation accelerated on a monthly basis in January, surging past investor expectations as prices continue to climb, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS).

Prices climbed 0.5% on a monthly basis in January after declining by 0.1% in December, while growing 6.4% on an annualized basis from 6.5% in December, according to the BLS. This was a bigger increase than economists had expected, with a Dow Jones poll predicting a 0.4% monthly increase and 6.2% annual hike, CNBC reported.

Egg prices are up a staggering 70 percent year over year.

Dave Hollis, former president of worldwide distribution at Disney’s movie studio and a motivational author, has died, according to the Hollywood Reporter. He was 47.

A representative for the Hollis family said he died Saturday night at his home outside Austin. No cause of death was provided, but his family said he had been hospitalized recently for “heart problems.”

The Democrat solution to the drug crisis in Washington state would give children syringes, pipes, and other drug paraphernalia. It even sets up a “work group” to explore legally supplying drugs to addicts, reports Jason Rantz of 770 KTTH Conservative Ratio in Washington. 

“This would turn the government into the state’s largest drug dealer,” Rantz writes.

After the Washington state supreme court declared the state’s felony drug possession law unconstitutional, Democrats advanced a temporary bill legalizing personal possession of all drugs. 

That has led to a historic fatal overdose crisis. 

They’ve now offered a ‘fix’ with SB 5536. 

The bill, if adopted as law, would make drug possession a gross misdemeanor with a potential maximum jail sentence of 364 days, a $5,000 fine, or both. If an addict gets treatment as part of a diversion program, they would not serve jail time.

But Rantz points out that buried in the bill is a counterproductive measure that will only further the crisis. 

SB 5536 creates Health Engagement Hubs, enabling drug addicts to continue using.

The Hubs may be mobile or standalone structures and must provide opioid treatment options for addicts. But they must also provide “harm reduction services and supplies.” 

Harm reduction is a radical strategy that gives addicts tools to continue using their drug of choice. The supplies that will be passed out include clean syringes, crack pipes, and other “smoking equipment.”

By law, these Hubs must be “open to youth as well as adults.” This means minors can access drug tools that keep them addicted.

Iran’s President Ebrahim Raisi met his Chinese counterpart Xi Jinping on Tuesday at the start of a three-day visit to China aimed at boosting trade and economic ties between the two countries.

Raisi brought a large delegation to Beijing, including his central bank chief and ministers for oil and mining, and is expected to sign a number of “cooperation documents” with Xi, Tehran has said, according to a report in Arab News.

This is part of China’s ultimate mission, economically, which is to destroy the dollar.

Iran and China have strong economic ties — especially in the fields of energy, transit, agriculture, trade and investment — and in 2021 signed a 25-year “strategic cooperation pact.”

This is the first state visit by an Iranian president to China in more than 20 years. Raisi was greeted by Xi on a red carpet, after which he inspected Chinese military personnel.

Both countries face pressure from Western nations over their positions on Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, which was launched almost a year ago, and Iran is already under strict U.S. sanctions due to its nuclear program.

Joe Biden has once again called for an “assault weapons ban” during his recent State of the Union address, prompting women gun owners to speak out in support of Second Amendment rights.

In a video shared by the National Rifle Association on Twitter, a number of women holding AR-15 rifles share a pro-gun message directed at the Biden regime.

“Dear Joe Biden. We aren’t terrorists. We aren’t the enemy. We’re the good guys,” the women state.

They also had a rather direct message for old Joe. “Come and take it.”
