A Chinese illegal alien was arrested in California last Wednesday after entering a Marine Corps base without authorization and ignoring orders to leave, the U.S. Border Patrol disclosed in a post to X on Thursday, March 29.

His purpose and intent behind his actions are still being investigated.

Border Patrol's El Centro Sector Chief Patrol Agent Gregory Bovino said agents responded to a call from the base about a Chinese national “who entered the base without authorization, ignoring orders to leave.”

A spokesperson for the U.S. Marine Corps’ Training and Education Command told Fox News Digital that the individual had attempted to access the Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center in Twentynine Palms, California, without valid ID.

The spokesperson said:

“Despite being prompted to exit at the Condor gate by installation security, the individual proceeded onto the installation without authorization. Military law enforcement were immediately notified and detained the individual.”

The base then contacted Customs and Border Protection, and he was taken into custody. 

There have been more than 22,000 encounters of Chinese nationals at the southern border since October 1, a massive increase from the 2,176 encountered in federal fiscal year 2022 and the 450 encountered in fiscal year 2021.

WABC reports that New York City police have arrested several illegal aliens who they found squatting with guns and drugs in the basement of a Bronx home.

The big bust happened last Wednesday when police received a call about a man with a gun just footsteps away from a school.

Officials say they chased 24-year-old Hector Villata, who is believed to be from Venezuela, into the home on Hull Avenue.

That is where police arrested him, along with seven other suspected migrants. One man, a 22-year-old illegal, tried to flee with a weapon but was soon arrested.

When authorities obtained a search warrant, they found two more loaded guns, three loaded extended magazines, ammunition, and a bag of cocaine.

A 7-year-old child was also found in the home.

NYPD Chief of Patrol John Chell said two of the people with the guns had open criminal cases, one for an attempted murder in Yonkers, and the other was walking around with an open gun indictment.

A neighbor, Alfred Munoz, spoke to WABC and said the illegals had been squatting. 

“They're squatters and the owner has been trying to get them out of the apartment for the longest period of time. I think he has a court date set, apparently because they're squatters for more than 30 days... they came, they were a disruptive force mainly because there were a lot of them. You didn't know who was staying, not staying there, and the owner of the building had a heck of a time trying to get them out.”

Villata and the others were charged with criminal possession of a weapon, criminal possession of controlled substance and acting in a manner injurious to a child. And here’s the clincher. Authorities said all but two of the men were released back into the community without bail.

The New York Post reports that two alleged squatters served up a $25 Shake Shack receipt among several pieces of evidence they claim shows they have legal rights to live in someone else’s $930,000 New York home.

Rondie Francis and Lance Hunt sued Denis Kurlyand and Julia Fulman, the owners of the duplex on Lakewood Avenue in Queens on March 14 after they were kicked out of the property.

Francis and Hunt claim they have a lease, paid rent and were illegally locked out of their home.

They filed several pieces of evidence in Queens County Court, including an application approval letter, a rental lease and mail that was addressed to them at the home.

They also produced a screenshot of an Uber Eats receipt from the Jamaica Avenue Shake Shack for $25.27, purportedly showing they had food delivered to the address in January.

All of it was in an effort to establish their move-in date.

Under New York City law, squatters only have to occupy a property for 30 days before they’re eligible for legal protections that make it difficult for the owner to evict them.

The pair wants a court to force the owners to give them a key to the front door, or grant them permission to change the locks.

That’s how twisted the laws are in New York state. Renters, even when they don’t have a valid lease, apparently have more rights than property owners.

As gold set another record high this week, Canadian mining legends Frank Giustra, CEO of Fiore Group, and Pierre Lassonde, chairman emeritus at Franco-Nevada, said in an interview that the West has lost its power to set the price of gold. 

With gold futures hitting another record high of above $2,264 an ounce at the start of the second quarter, Giustra and Lassonde pointed to a major shift in the gold market.

Lassonde told Michelle Makori, editor-in-chief at Kitco News:

“The world hasn't woken up yet. The marginal buyer of gold is no longer the U.S. It's no longer Europe. It's China. Between the country's central bank and the Chinese public, China takes up over two-thirds of all the annual production. They are the new marginal buyer. That's where the gold price is set.”

Bearing Arms reports that a carjacker armed with a knife ended up picking the wrong target in a small North Carolina town on Easter Sunday.

The carjacker is now facing charges in addition to recovering from the injuries he received when his intended victim pulled out his gun and fired in self-defense. 

Police in Lincolnton, North Carolina, responded to a call of shots fired at the Times Turnaround gas station and convenience store around 5:30 p.m. on Easter Sunday. When they arrived, they found both the driver of the car and the carjacking suspect, 39-year-old Billy Ray Galloway, still at the scene. 

According to the police report:

“Upon arrival, officers encountered the victim, who was a customer at the gas station. The victim told officers that a male ... entered his vehicle and attempted to steal it while brandishing a knife. The victim then retrieved his handgun and fired the gun, striking Mr. Galloway.”

Galloway was still on the scene when officers arrived and was treated by Lincoln County EMS for the gunshot wound before being transported by EMS to a hospital in nearby Gastonia. The identity of the intended victim was not released.

Galloway was arrested after being discharged from the hospital. He is charged with attempted robbery.

A brazen daylight carjacking like this is something you'd expect to hear about in Chicago, Washington, D.C., or even nearby Charlotte. The fact that this happened in a sleepy little town of about 10,000 people on Easter Sunday afternoon is a stark reminder that violent crime can happen anywhere, at any time, and exercising your Second Amendment right to carry a firearm could save your life.

Several top medical professionals have been speaking out to raise concerns over the growing worldwide push to relax euthanasia laws in order to relieve the “burden” of caring for a growing population of elderly and disabled citizens.

Doctors say they are coming under increasing pressure to view vulnerable patients as being “better off dead.”

Canada, Belgium, and the Netherlands have been leading the way with several other nations and there are several U.S. states that appear eager to follow suit.

When countries first started to legalize euthanasia, they changed laws to offer a so-called solution to adult patients who had a “serious and incurable” disease that was causing them great suffering.

Some viewed the option of “assisted suicide” as a way to avoid an otherwise unavoidable slow and painful death.

Since the laws were changed, however, the floodgates have opened as each nation that legalized euthanasia has since expanded the boundaries of those considered expendable and targeted for doctor-assisted death.

Most nations with legalized euthanasia have relaxed their laws to include people with disabilities, money problems, depression, and even homelessness.

Canada has already begun euthanizing people with mental health issues and campaigners are pushing for the laws to be expanded to include children and infants.

A report from the Christian Institute details how Canada has been “skiing” down the “slippery slope” of euthanasia.

The report explains:

“Since legalizing so-called Medical Assistance in Dying for certain circumstances in 2016, Canada has already abolished the requirement for a person to be terminally ill.”

In the UK, legislation for assisted suicide is now being considered in Scotland, the Isle of Man, and Jersey.

There are also concerted efforts in England and Wales to introduce euthanasia laws, provoking a backlash from the public.

LifeNews.com reports that the Florida Supreme Court issued a ruling Monday allowing the state’s heartbeat law to take effect that protects unborn babies with beating hearts from abortions.

On April 14, 2022, Governor Ron DeSantis signed HB 5, known as the “Reducing Fetal and Infant Mortality Act,” to protect the lives of Florida’s most vulnerable by prohibiting all abortions after 15 weeks of gestation. Florida Planned Parenthood affiliates and a group of independent abortionists sued the state on June 1, 2022. The complaint alleges that the 15-week ban violates a right to privacy within the Florida Constitution.

Later, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis signed legislation to save babies from abortions who have beating hearts.

DeSantis made Florida the next state to officially protect the lives of unborn children after Roe was overturned. Pro-Life Americans from across the country celebrated the new law, which protects babies whose heartbeats can easily be detected and whose lives have existed for a month and a half starting at conception.

The law would save tens of thousands of lives annually and provide $25 million in aid to women and families but it was held up by the same lawsuit.

On Tuesday, the state’s high court upheld both the 15-week and heartbeat laws. In a 6-1 ruling, the Florida Supreme Court upheld Florida’s law protecting preborn children from most abortions after 15 weeks. The decision paves the way for additional protections for preborn babies beginning at 6 weeks.

Lynda Bell, president of Florida Right to Life, said: “This is a big win for life and the Florida constitution.”

Former star NFL cornerback Vontae Davis died suddenly and unexpectedly over the Easter weekend. He was found dead in the south Florida home of a family member on Monday morning, according to reports.

The 35-year-old was found at the home of his grandmother, Adaline Davis, who lives in Southwest Ranches, Florida, WSVN reported.

No cause of death was immediately available, but the outlet reported, police said that Davis “was found deceased at the home and that no foul play was involved.”

The Broward County Medical Examiner’s Office is investigating the death.

Davis, a two-time Pro Bowler, had been retired since 2018 when he was in his second game of the season with the Buffalo Bills. He’d previously played with the Indianapolis Colts and Miami Dolphins.

Shocking statistics, quietly released by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control, reveal over 1 million excess deaths have been recorded among people aged 65 and over since the Food and Drug Administration gave Emergency Use Authorization for the COVID-19 vaccine to be offered to the public.

The Exposé reports that the FDA granted Emergency Use Authorization for the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine on December 11, 2020, making it the first COVID vaccine to receive such authorization in the United States.

One week later, the Moderna vaccine received emergency authorization, followed two months later by the same type of authorization for the Johnson & Johnson vaccine.

The elderly were offered the Covid jabs first and the number of excess deaths recorded was astounding. During the first 20 weeks of 2021, there were 150,085 excess deaths recorded among people over 65, compared to the five-year average in the years 2015 to 2019.

Then from week 21 to week 40 of 2021, an astounding 165,387 excess deaths were recorded among people aged 65 and over. This brought the total excess deaths from week 1 to week 40 of 2021 to 315,472, and this was among the demographic most likely to get the Covid jab.

The remainder of 2021 saw 133,268 excess deaths recorded, bringing the total excess deaths for the year among the elderly population to 448,740.

This means nearly half a million more people died than expected who were aged 65 and over during a period when excess deaths were supposed to be reduced dramatically because an apparently safe and effective vaccine was being administered to stop a wave of deaths supposedly caused by a deadly pandemic.

The year 2022 improved slightly, but still saw a shocking number of excess deaths with 371,466 recorded among those aged over 65.

Nearly 90% of all babies prenatally diagnosed with Down’s syndrome in England and the Crown Dependencies had their lives ended by abortion in 2021, according to statistics released by NHS England.

The statistics reveal that, out of 1,115 babies prenatally diagnosed with Down’s syndrome that year, a total of 973, or 87%, had their lives ended by abortion. That’s up from 84 percent the previous year in 2020.

The release of the statistics comes in the same week that Sir Liam Fox, former cabinet minister and defense secretary, introduced an amendment to the Government’s Criminal Justice Bill, signed by 40 MPs, which will bring the abortion time limit for babies with Down’s syndrome in line with the time limit for babies that do not have disabilities.

CNN helped the White House promote a blasphemous Easter Sunday message from Christina Cleveland, a woke theologian who claims “God is a black woman.”

Christina Cleveland, author of the book God Is a Black Woman, said:

“When I see the Easter story, I see Jesus being a victim of state-sanctioned violence. I see Jesus surrounded by black and brown people who wish they could do something, but had no power in the moment. And I see people being victims of a system that can’t see their full humanity and assumes the worst of them. And yet there’s hope in the end. The universe does bend toward justice, even though the arc is long.”

CNN wrote in an article headlined “Was Jesus a man of color? Why this question matters more than ever” that Christina Cleveland spent much of her childhood in an evangelical church surrounded by traditional images of a porcelain-skinned and flaxen-haired Jesus, adding that “But one day she came across a portrayal of Christ that was so astonishing that she gasped.” 

That was when she actually realized Jesus was “of color,” whatever that means, since everyone has a pigment to their skin.

But Cleveland was surprised when one day, “…she realized he looked more like her, a black woman,” CNN reported.

So what we’re talking about here is the racialization of Resurrection Sunday, an attempt to use a religious holy day to divide Christians, on a day that should be bringing them together. No thank you, CNN. I will not go there with you.

There is only one race. Skin color has nothing to do with anything other than the amount of melanin present in a person’s genetic makeup. Science has almost no physical differences of any consequence between people groups based on skin color. Race is a construct of the left. They invented it and they exploit it because it helps to divide people along ethnic lines.

The Gateway Pundit notes that the Biden regime also declared war on Christians this past Easter weekend.

Joe Biden issued a blasphemous declaration of Transgender Visibility Day on Easter Sunday, the holiest day on the Christian calendar. That was no accident.

It’s all about divide and conquer. That’s how you break societies down. Break nations down, is you try to divide them along various lines.

If we are going to remain a nation, we must reject these false constructs.
