Good evening and welcome to the Worldview Report.

The Supreme Court of the United Kingdom has unanimously ruled that the terms "women" and "sex" refer to a biological woman and one’s biological sex. Translation: People are what they were born as. You can’t change it.

On Wednesday, the court concluded that someone with a Gender Reassignment Card in the female gender does not fall within the definition of a woman under the Equality Act of 2010, which legally protects people in British society from discrimination.

A Scottish advocacy group, For Women Scotland, sued the Scottish government which had argued in court that trans people with a Gender Reassignment Card are entitled to the same gender-based protections as biological women. 

In 2018, Scottish Parliament concluded that the definition of a woman includes people "with the protected characteristic of gender reassignment" under the Gender Representation on Public Boards Act, and that people "living as a woman" and those "proposing to undergo, undergoing, who have undergone a gender reassignment process," were included.

For Women Scotland, whose website states "that there are only two sexes, that a person's sex is not a choice, nor can it be changed," took the case to Britain's Supreme Court in order to obtain a concrete interpretation of the 2010 Equality Act, which would apply across the entire UK.

According to the Supremes, “a person with a Gender Reassignment Card in the female gender does not come within the definition of a woman,” and that “the statutory guidance issued by the Scottish Ministers is incorrect.”

And it’s not just the UK that seems to be coming to its senses on this issue.

Hungary's parliament has passed a constitutional amendment cementing that there are only two genders, male and female.

The Hungarian National Assembly voted to approve the amendment on Monday, April 14, with 140 lawmakers voting in favor and 21 voting against. Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban's coalition government was responsible for pushing the amendment despite international condemnation and fierce protests from the opposition.

The amendment solidifies Hungary's conservative stance on family and gender, defining marriage as a union between a man and a woman. "The mother shall be a woman; the father shall be a man," the amendment reads.

The amendment also declares children’s moral and physical development a top priority, superseding nearly all other fundamental rights except the right to life. This builds upon Hungary's existing child protection laws, which since 2021 have barred LGBTQ topics in educational materials accessible to minors.

Orban said of the amendment:

"Now, with the change in America, the winds have shifted in our favor.”

He added that the international gender network “must take its hands off our children.” 

Zoltan Kovacs, spokesman for the Hungarian government, also defended the amendment. He said it was “not an attack on individual self-expression, but a clarification that legal norms are based on biological reality.”

An alarming new study has found that Covid mRNA injections triggered serious neuropsychiatric conditions, causing huge increases in suicidal and homicidal thoughts and violent behavior.

According to Slay News, the study also found massive surges in brain injury, cerebral hemorrhage, brain clots, and dementia among those who received the injections.

In total, the study identifies 86 serious neuropsychiatric safety signals linked to Covid shots.

The study was conducted by a team of leading American researchers, including Dr. Drew Pinsky and renowned cardiologist Dr. Peter McCullough.

The findings of their study were published in the journal PrePrints.

They analyzed data from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS).

The period analyzed was from January 1990 through December 2024.

The researchers found that safety thresholds outlined by the CDC and Food and Drug Administration were breached at unprecedented levels.

During the study, the researchers compared Covid mRNA injections to flu shots.

They found that homicidal thoughts were 25 times more likely in people who received Covid injections compared to flu shots.

Violent behavior was also 80 times more likely among the Covid-vaxxed.

Deadly brain clots are a staggering 3,000 times more likely after an mRNA injection.

When compared to the flu shot, the study found that Covid mRNA-vaccinated people were 140 times more likely to experience dementia.

Reporting on the study’s findings, McCullough Foundation epidemiologist Nicolas Hulscher, said:

“This catastrophic neurological and psychiatric damage is likely due to toxic Spike protein production in the brains of COVID-19 mRNA-injected individuals.”

In the study’s conclusions, the researchers write:

“There are alarming safety signals regarding neuropsychiatric conditions following COVID-19 vaccination, compared to the influenza vaccinations alone and to all other vaccinations combined. These data raise concerns about long-term consequences, including continued cognitive decline, dementia, and neuropsychiatric morbidity and mortality.”

The study concludes that “an immediate global moratorium on COVID-19 vaccination is warranted.”

The feud between U.S. Vice President JD Vance and Ukrainian dictator Vladimir Zelensky has reached new heights following some nasty comments made by Zelensky earlier this week.

As The Gateway Pundit’s Jim Hoft reported, far-left 60 Minutes on Sunday spoke with Zelensky about the ongoing war in Ukraine and peace negotiations. During the interview, Zelensky stated that he wants President Trump to visit Ukraine before any peace negotiations are signed.

Zelensky also whined that an “altered reality” has taken hold within the Trump administration, falsely accusing officials of spreading Russian propaganda regarding the ongoing war with Ukraine.

Zelensky stated:

“I believe, sadly, Russian narratives are prevailing in the U.S. This speaks to the enormous influence of Russia’s information policy on America, on U.S. politics, and U.S. politicians.”

Zelenskyy then launched a tirade against Vance, claiming without evidence that the VP was “somehow justifying Putin’s actions.”

Vance responded to Zelenskyy’s remarks in an interview with British outlet Unherd that was published on Tuesday. He went off on Zelenskyy for lying and pointed out that Ukraine would be under total Russian control without America.

“I think it’s sort of absurd for Zelenskyy to tell the (U.S.) government, which is currently keeping his entire government and war effort together, that we are somehow on the side of the Russians. That doesn’t mean you morally support the Russian cause, or that you support the full-scale invasion, but you do have to try to understand what are their strategic red lines, in the same way that you have to try to understand what the Ukrainians are trying to get out of the conflict.”

Vance went on to call Zelenskyy’s verbal attacks “certainly not productive.”

In a move that has sparked outrage among pro-life advocates, LifeNews reports that a group of religious leaders, led by the Rev. Katey Zeh, conducted a blessing ceremony at a Maryland abortion clinic called the Women’s Health Center of Maryland.

The event, organized by Zeh’s Religious Community for Reproductive Choice (RCRC), aimed to sanctify the abortion center that kills babies in abortions almost every day.

Zeh, a Baptist minister and Yale Divinity School graduate, walked through the abortion center’s halls with incense, offering prayers of protection. The ceremony included singing, dancing, poetry, and a sand-pouring ritual, with more than 30 participants, including local spiritual leaders and abortion workers.

Zeh and her colleagues framed the event as a counter to what they call religious stigma against abortion, asserting that supporting reproductive choice aligns with their faith.

The Women’s Health Center, open for just over a year, kills babies along with legitimate health care. Its sister abortion center in West Virginia ceased abortion after the 2022 Dobbs decision, which overturned Roe v. Wade, prompting the Maryland facility’s establishment to sell abortions to women in pro-life states.

Zeh, who has led RCRC since 2017, has made abortion clinic blessings a cornerstone of her activism. The organization has conducted 10 such ceremonies nationwide, each designed to affirm abortionists as doing God’s sacred work.

The Rev. Jim Lewis, an Episcopalian priest and former member of the Clergy Consultation Service, also spoke at the event, recalling his pre-Roe efforts to connect women with abortionists.

Leading pro-life advocates condemn the blessings.

Josh Mercer, vice president of CatholicVote, told the Daily Caller News Foundation:

“For decades the Left has been downright hostile to expressions of religious faith, except apparently when it comes to celebrating abortion. Suddenly incense, ritual, prayer, and reverence all have merit. How wicked that religious practice is being hijacked to promote the killing of children.”

Georgia GOP Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene held a townhall in her district Tuesday and, as usual, there were protesters trying to disrupt the event.

They tried to shut down Greene from being able to communicate with her constituents, but she was ready for them. She had a squad of police who would have none of the Democrat activists’ shenanigans.

You can argue that perhaps the cops went a little too far, but you could also argue that these guys were asking for it.

25 percent of Internal Revenue Service (IRS) employees are are preparing to take buyout offered by the Trump administration and resign from the agency, according to a report.

CNN, in reporting the staggering figure, noted that 22,000 of the IRS’s 90,000 employees plan to accept buyout offers and resign. IRS staff faced a Tuesday morning deadline to opt into the latest deferred-resignation buyouts.

In the initial round, approximately 4,700 IRS employees, or 5% of the workforce, accepted the buyout offer.

An IRS employee told CNN: “The workplace is toxic these days. Morale is low. People try to come in and think positively, but they don’t make it through a full workday without negativity, even in conversation with other employees, or getting the next email in their inbox with bad news.”

When asked by CNN about further staff reductions at the IRS, a Treasury Department spokesperson said further cuts would be required to offset the “wasteful Biden-era hiring surges. Staffing reductions that are currently being considered at the IRS will be part of, and driven by, process improvements and technological innovations that will allow the IRS to collect revenue and serve taxpayers more effectively.”

Arkansas GOP Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders on Tuesday filed a waiver to the U.S. Department of Agriculture that outlined her plan to ban state food stamps from being used on soft drinks and candy.

The waiver comes as the Trump administration prioritizes making America Healthy Again by combating the obesity and chronic health crisis in the country. Sanders cited a 2014 study that found banning sugary drinks could prevent obesity in children and Type 2 diabetes in adults.

Sanders said in a statement:

“President Trump and his administration have put a laser focus on solving America’s chronic disease epidemic and reforming our food stamp program is a great place to start. Banning soft drinks and candy from food stamps will remove some of the least-healthy, most-processed foods from the program and encourage low-income Arkansans to eat better."

In addition to banning the use of soft drinks and candy, the waiver also seeks to add rotisserie chicken as a covered food item under Arkansas’ Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP).

The governor's office highlighted the impact that the change could have on Arkansas residents, stating that one third of the state's residents have diabetes or pre-diabetes. The office also said that 23% of federal food stamp charges go toward unhealthy food choices like junk food, candy and sodas.

Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said on Tuesday that the EU’s attempts to pressure candidate states not to attend the 80th anniversary of victory in World War II in Moscow are tantamount to a revival of Nazism.

On Monday, the EU’s foreign policy chief, Kaja Kallas, warned the leaders of EU members and candidate states against taking part in the event in the Russian capital on May 9. British news outlet The Telegraph later wrote that candidate states such as Serbia could be barred from joining the EU if their leaders attend the Victory Day celebrations.

Citing the article, Zakharova wrote on Telegram:

“If this is true, then Euro-Nazism is being reborn before our eyes.”

She added:

“This is how the fascists 80 years ago forced those they considered second-class people to renounce their homeland, ethnicity, and faith.”

The Telegraph wrote that EU officials warned the Serbian President, who has indicated that he would attend the May 9 parade, that the visit would derail his country’s admission into the bloc.

The secretary-general of Estonia’s Foreign Ministry said, according to the newspaper, “The consequence is them not joining the European Union. For us this will be an important litmus test. Basically, what we look at is whether or not they are on our side or playing on the other team.”

Slovakia’s Prime Minister, Robert Fico, the only EU member state leader who has indicated he will attend, slammed this arbitrary litmus test as disrespectful and a form of blackmail.

A resident of Norfolk, Virginia, and the Institute for Justice are suing the city of Norfolk on the grounds that they are conducting routine, illegal searches and covert spying on citizens practically everywhere they drive in the city.

Kudos to this man for filing this lawsuit. I hope others will begin to join in and file lawsuits in other cities. Because these Flock surveillance systems are in cities of all sizes throughout our nation, in more than 5,000 cities in 47 states. This is not conducive to a free society. It’s something more akin to what a person in China living under the CCP might expect. 

We do not have a reasonable expectation of being watched everywhere we go in America. It’s not part of our legal DNA, our history or our culture.

And, yet, they’re sneaking their cameras into cities and expanding the surveillance grid every day.

 If we accept this it will become normalized, and once it’s normalized, the freedom we once knew will become a distant memory, never to return. The government has no business spying on people cart blanche. That’s one thing if you’re a known bad guy with a history, but tracking and following law-abiding citizens is not only a blatant violation of our Constitution, it’s just plain wrong.

In a free society, the government fears the people. In an authoritarian society, the people fear the government. Surveillance cameras create an atmosphere of fear and distrust. There could not be anything more un-American than we the people having to fear the watchful eyes of Big Brother.
