A Vatican Bank insider released a video that exposes the plans of elite globalists taking advantage of the Covid pandemic to advance a one-world agenda focused on depopulation of the earth.

Ettore Gotti Tedeschi, former president of the Vatican Bank, said the new world order being promoted under the banner of the "Great Reset," is actually an adjustment to the last global reset, which was engineered in late 1960s and early 1970s.

The first reset was called the "new international economic order" and it was brought about by advances in computers at that time. It was promoted with backing from billionaire David Rockefeller with the brains behind the operation headed up by Zbigniew Brzezinski, who co-founded the Trilateral Commission with Rockefeller in 1971 for the sole purpose of advancing the first global reset toward a more technocratic era.

"Its name is the new world economic order. It was conceived between the end of the sixties and the beginning of the seventies. Its originator was Henry Kissinger," said Tedeschi, speaking Italian in a video translated by the RARE Foundation and further analyzed in a recent episode of Worldview Weekend Hour with Brannon Howse.

This was part of Howse's series titled The Great Collapse is Necessary for the Great Reset.

The modern depopulation agenda began in earnest with the Kissinger Report, authored by globalist insider Henry Kissinger, now in his late 90s. This report was commissioned during the Nixon administration and completed in 1974 by the U.S. National Security Council, the most powerful driver of foreign policy inside the U.S. government.

The federal government has issued countless policy papers on national security since 1974, but The Kissinger Report continues to be the key policy-driving document on global population control and to this day represents official U.S. policy. It remains posted on the USAID website.

The document ties population control measures in Third World nations directly to U.S. national security interests, claiming that if certain countries rich in natural resources were to become too populated, young men could rise up and rebel against their governments efforts to placate Western needs for these resources.

Speaking in a dispassionate manner, Tedeschi lays out the history of the first global "reset" and the backdrop for the coming reset.

"We are trying to correct the mistakes that we have been making for the last 50 years, since the very first reset, also known as the New World Economic Order, which was designed in the 1970s, founded upon a set of facts which ignore natural law, which we can define as 'not always natural' and pretty utopian."

Tedeschi then spills the real reason why governments worldwide are being pressured to enact draconian Covid lockdown policies and coercive vaccine mandates.

"So, therefore, thanks to – or rather taking advantage of – this unfortunate situation called the 'Covid pandemic,' there is the possibility to boost, or rather I will use a strong expression, to impose or to cause to be imposed, certain behaviors."

The new "behaviors" people are being conditioned to accept are all meant to encourage fewer babies being born and fewer people living to old age – a scenario that appears right out of the pages of Aldus Huxley's dystopian novel, Brave New World.

"First, a suggestion was made, that is related to the great crisis we have been witnessing in recent decades: too many births, and as a consequence the need to decrease the birthrate of the population," Tedeschi said.

The Kissinger Report advised the U.S. government to adopt a Malthusian worldview, based on the works of Thomas Robert Malthus, a late 18th century economist, cleric and eugenicist in England.

"The shrinking population took effect mainly in the so-called Western world, the United States and Europe," Tedeschi said. "Why is the population growth rate supposed to decrease? Because according to a neo-Malthusian worldview, the more people are born, the more people consume, the more people waste what nature provides for us. Nothing more than the latest iteration of a radical Malthusian worldview."

Malthus believed the earth's resources were limited, and if the population exceeded a certain level of those resources, including food production, it would not be able to keep up with people's needs.

This explains why depopulation and the collapsing of international borders have been the two predominant goals pursued by establishment elites over the last 50 to 75 years.

The Kissinger Report, kept secret for 15 years, was declassified and made public on July 3, 1989.

Howse noted that "almost 50 years ago, The Kissinger Report praised the U.S. government for funding population-control efforts [abortion on demand] in poor countries under the guise of family planning."

Among the famous people who bought into the eugenicist movement were George Bernard Shaw, H.G. Wells and Margaret Sanger, founder of Planned Parenthood, and John D. Rockefeller. Eugenicists believe that Darwin's theory of natural selection could be speeded up by sterilizing certain "undesirables" such as the handicapped, the mentally ill and often people of color or just people with lower IQs.

"Can I ask you something?" asked Howse. "Are we going through a sterilization program right now? Because there are doctors who are saying there are chemicals in these vaccines that will make young people sterile.

"Didn't Gates brag that his vaccines could reduce the world population?

"All of these groups involved in pushing the pandemic and later the vaccines were all tied to eugenics and population reduction."

Howse also cited a speech by Dr. Mahathir Mohamad, former prime minister of Malaysia, at an international conference organized by the Perdana Global Peace Foundation on March 9, 2015.

Mohamad blew the whistle on the end game of modern globalists when he stated:

"Basically this is about having a world government. We should abolish all states, all nations, all borders, and have fully one-world government. And that government is to be run by certain people, elites, who are very rich, very intelligent, very powerful. They are the ones who will run the world. There is not much talk about democracy or choice of leaders, instead there was to be a government by these elites who would impose their rules on everyone in this world. And for those who are unwilling to submit to them, there will be punishment. And the peace that we will get from these [elites] is the peace of the graveyard, because the intention is to reduce the number of people in this world."

The intention is to reduce the population to about 1 billion, he said.

"There will be a need to kill many billions of people, stomp them to death, or to prevent them from giving birth in order to reduce the population of this world."

Howse said most Americans are completely unaware of these globalist plans for one-world government because they get all of their information from establishment media outlets owned by about half a dozen large corporations.

His primary aim is to enlighten them to the reality that the plan to take down America involves what he calls the "seven F's."

"They are going to use the seven F's to foment the great collapse, because the great collapse is necessary for the great reset," he said.
