While Russian and Ukrainian military forces battle it out on the ground, the war of words is heating up between Russia and NATO member nations.

A top Russian official openly discussed the potential for nuclear war.

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said Wednesday that World War III would be “nuclear and destructive,” according to the Independent.

The comment comes in the context of Russian leader Vladimir Putin’s threat that nations trying to “hinder” Russia’s invasion of Ukraine will face “consequences you have never seen in your history.”

Putin on Sunday put Russia's nuclear forces at an elevated state of readiness.

Dimitri Medvedev, Russia’s deputy minister of national security, answered with a tweet of his own.

World Net Daily reports that an aide to French President Emmanuel Macron, who spoke with Putin on Monday, noted that talk of nuclear war could be a calculated step by Russia.

“We can see that with President Putin’s state of mind, there is a risk of escalation,” said the aide, who spoke anonymously. “There is a risk of manipulation from President Putin to justify what is unjustifiable.”

The comments come as European nations are pouring military hardware into Ukraine in a last-ditch effort to stave off the Russian conquest of its neighbor.

Evidence has emerged which proves beyond a reasonable doubt that the pharmaceutical giant Moderna, the federal government-backed company that has made billions through the sale of an experimental Covid-19 injection, actually was involved in the creation of the Covid-19 virus.

On February 23 the Daily Mail ran an article showing that Moderna has patented the 19 base letter sequence which codes for the Furin Cleavage site in Covid-19. 

According to The Daily Expose they cited a paper by Scientists in India, Switzerland, Italy and the US (entitled: MSH3 Homology and Potential Recombination Link to SARS-CoV-2 Furin Cleavage Site) in which they calculated that the chances of a 19 nucleotide sequence patented by Moderna randomly appearing in Covid-19 in circumstances where it does not appear anywhere else in nature are 1 in 3 trillion.

In an interview last month, Maria Bartoromo of Fox News asked the CEO of Moderna why his company had a patent for a DNA strand matching the sequence for Covid-19, three years before the pandemic. The CEO Stephane Bancel fumbled badly, struggling to give a coherent answer.

Meanwhile, the bad news about the Covid injections just continues to pile up, wherever solid data can be found.

The latest is from Australia, which has just experienced its largest wave of Covid-19 cases, hospitalizations and deaths to date despite the fact the country is in the middle of summer, and despite the fact leaders spent the majority of 2021 coercing the public into taking an experimental Covid-19 gene-therapy shot.

But official data published by the government in Australia confirms this record-breaking wave has been anything but a pandemic of the unvaccinated, and instead shows the fully vaccinated population accounted for 4 in every 5 Covid-19 cases, 9 in every 10 hospitalizations, 9 in every 10 ICU admissions, and 4 in every 5 Covid-19 deaths.

Well, France announced Thursday it will drop most of its Covid mandates, but in Italy, not so much.

The country is in fact cracking down on protesters who want the mandates ended.

Billionaire technocrat Bill Gates is not only buying up American farmland… He has also taken control of the global production and warehousing of seeds.

Blacklisted News has published a new article warning the world of Gates’ horrific plans to hijack the collection, storage and future use of the world’s seeds.

The International Rice Research Institute (the IRRI) in the Philippines and the International Maize and Wheat Improvement Centre (the CIMMYT), were the first to round up the diversity of seeds from farmers’ fields and replace them with chemical monocultures of rice, wheat and corn. Others quickly followed.

Indian peasant intellectual property was hijacked to the IRRI in the Philippines which later became part of the newly created Consultative Group of International Agriculture Research (CGIAR).

Farmers’ seed heritage was held in the private seed banks of CGIAR, a consortium of 15 international agricultural research centers, controlled by the World Bank, the Rockefeller and Ford Foundations, as well as the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, which since 2003 has poured more than $720 million into the CGIAR centers, whose gene banks now manage more than three-quarters of a million accessions of farmer’ seeds. Taken together, these gene banks represent the largest and most widely used collections of crop diversity in the world.

The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation operates a bit like the World Bank, using its financial power to take control of agriculture and influence government and institutional agricultural policies. By far the largest funder of the CGIAR seed banks, Gates has successfully accelerated the transfer of research and seeds from scientific research institutions to commodity-based corporations, centralizing and facilitating the pirating of intellectual property and seed monopolies through intellectual property laws and seed regulations.

Besides taking control of the farmers’ seeds in the CGIAR seed banks, Gates, along with the Rockefeller Foundation, is investing heavily in collecting seeds from across the world and storing them in the Svalbard Global Seed Vault in the Arctic archipelago – aka the Doomsday Vault – created to collect and hold a global collection of the world’s seeds.

The largest numbers of accessions stored in the Seed Vault are varieties of rice, wheat, and barley crops; more than 150,000 samples of wheat and rice, and close to 80,000 samples of barley.

Crops such as potatoes, peanuts, beans, oats and rye, alfalfa and Brassica are represented by between 10,000 and 20,000 seed samples.

Not only is Gates pirating these seeds from peasant farmers worldwide, he also funds the experiments to genetically modify the seeds, knowledge which can then be used to unleash untested technologies such as the CRISPR gene-editing technology on humanity.

Dartmouth researchers have built an artificial intelligence model for detecting mental disorders using conversations on social media, according to an article in the Activist Post.

They studied people’s comments on Reddit in part of an emerging wave of screening tools that use computers to analyze social media posts and gain an insight into people’s mental states.

What sets the new model apart is a focus on the emotions rather than the specific content of the social media texts being analyzed. In a paper presented at the 20th International Conference on Web Intelligence and Intelligent Agent Technology, the researchers show that this approach performs better over time, irrespective of the topics discussed in the posts.

So, you could be chatting with someone about their neighbor’s new baby and an IA algorithm will be logging your responses and cataloging them for future use against you.

Remember, if you ever get declared mentally unstable, you lose many of your rights, including your Second Amendment rights.

In fact, that’s already one of the potential applications of this technology being worked on by the government.

An article by Nicholas West in Activist Post from August 2019 reported on a little known government agency known as HARPA, which is similar to DARPA within the Department of Defense.

HARPA — the Health Advanced Research Projects Agency — has been in the works as a proposal since 2017 during the Trump Administration according to the Washington Post, and one of its projects was to come up with solutions for mass shootings and calls for gun control. HARPA plans to use artificial intelligence as a possible way to screen people for mental health (through data collected from wearables and smart devices) in order to determine violent tendencies and perhaps thwart gun purchases for those deemed to be a potential mass shooter.

Maybe it’s time to get off of Facebook and put down our mobile devices. The government is scooping up all of this personal data and it won’t be used for your benefit.

The second round of talks between Ukrainian and Russian delegations on Thursday ended without a ceasefire agreement, but the two sides did agree to set up humanitarian and evacuation corridors, according to a top Ukrainian official speaking to the Epoch Times.

“The second round of negotiations is over,” said Ukraine’s presidential adviser on Twitter. “Unfortunately, the results Ukraine needs are not yet achieved. There is a solution only for the organization of humanitarian corridors.”

Zero Hedge is reporting that after nearly a year of partisan squabbling, the Democrat-led January 6 Committee has compiled evidence alleging that President Donald Trump “intentionally obstructed an official proceeding,” a serious federal charge that could be referred to the Justice Department. The revelation was included in a Wednesday court filing, according to the WSJ.

The committee, which is made up almost entirely of Democrats (with the exception of Republicans Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger), reportedly believes the evidence that they have obtained represents a "good-faith basis" for accusing Trump of a federal crime.

Lawyers for the congressional panel wrote in the filing in the US federal district court in Orange County, California, as follows:

"The Select Committee also has a good-faith basis for concluding that the President and members of his Campaign engaged in a criminal conspiracy to defraud the United States.”

The criminal part of this "conspiracy" stems from President Trump's efforts to "interfere" in the election certification process, according to WSJ.

The committee found its "evidence" in the testimony of attorney John Eastman, a law professor who advocated for a "fringe legal theory" which claimed that Vice President Mike Pence could stop the election certification process. Eastman is still fighting to withhold thousands of pages of emails from the committee.

The January 6 panel alleges that Trump and his allies entered into an agreement "to defraud the United States by interfering with the election certification process, disseminating false information about election fraud, and pressuring state officials to alter state election results and federal officials to assist in that effort," according to the filing.

Unfortunately for the committee, it has no power to bring charges or initiate a legal investigation. It can only refer its findings to the Department of Justice.

An attorney for Vice President Mike Pence reportedly denounced Trump's insistence that Pence could unilaterally send the states’ vote tallies back into the laps of the state legislatures for further review.

Pence has suggested that his certification was a mere formality in which he constitutionally had no other choice but to certify.

"I have run down every legal trail placed before me to its conclusion and I respectfully concluded that as a legal framework, it is a results-oriented position that you would never support if attempted by the opposition, and essentially entirely made up," wrote Mr. Pence’s top lawyer Gregory Jacob on Jan 6. “And thanks to your bulls—, we are now under siege.”

No American president has ever faced a criminal prosecution (not even Richard Nixon in the wake of Watergate), and some legal theories hold that the president is immune to prosecution for a wide range of conduct during their time in office. As for Pence's insistence that he didn't have the power to deny certification of the election, President Trump has continued to insist that he did.

In our commentary tonight, we take a look at a January 2020 article by Brandon Weichert in The National Interest that objectively evaluated the prospects for war and peace between the world’s super powers, the US and NATO on one side and China-Russia and its allies on the other.

Weichert came down firmly on the side of war.

A summary of his article states as follows, and remember this was two years ago:

“Already, the forces of Russia, China, and Iran are conducting joint naval drills, Russian and American forces have already brawled with each other in Syria, and Russia has announced a key breakthrough in hypersonic weapons technology. It is only a matter of time before the situation becomes too tense, and the fighting begins. Washington must be ready for this dark future, as preparations will likely help to delay it and give U.S. forces a fighting chance at victory.”

A fighting chance at victory?

We at the Worldview Report believe he was onto something.

Weichert reported that the U.S. defense budget is 4.2 percent of America’s overall GDP. While at historic lows, that’s still considerably higher than the defense budgets of its major rivals. More importantly, less than one percent of the American population (1.29 million Americans) serves in the military. Further, in 2016, nearly one-in-five military deaths in Afghanistan were of private military contractors.

He goes on to say that while technology is good, the U.S. military has come to rely on it too heavily. China and Russia now have the capability to exploit this over-reliance on technology through advances in their own counter-technology to jam, hack into and sabotage our systems.

That could throw us into a more conventional war with the opposition in which the U.S. Army is simply too small. A military draft of untrained, ill-suited conscripts would be easy prey for Russian and Chinese troops.

Unlike during World War II, the U.S, thanks to globalism outsourcing so much industry, no longer has the manufacturing base to quickly ramp up the production of supplies and munitions on the scale that would be required by a Third World War. This weakness has been laid bare for all to see during the supply chain breakdowns during a time of peace, simply because of a virus.

Weichert concludes with this profound commentary:

“U.S. policymakers should start planning now for the inevitable need to reconstitute the draft and should start anticipating how best to prepare for the demands placed upon its future force—and the country overall—in the event of another world war. When God told Noah to build the ark, he did not wait until the rain began. Similarly, U.S. policymakers have a moral duty to better prepare the country for the coming storm right now. A lack of planning will ensure the worst possible scenario befalls the United States when a great power war begins.”

If the U.S. government had taken Weichert’s advice two years ago, we might not be in the situation we now find ourselves in, totally unprepared for World War III.

Instead, the U.S. has taken the opposite approach.

While the Russians and Chinese are training hard for the inevitability of World War III, U.S. commanders are busy quizzing soldiers on their knowledge of proper gender pronouns and whether or not they are accepting enough of transgendered persons in the Armed Forces.

This must end. We must get back to the basics of training our soldiers for fighting and winning wars, not getting in touch with their feminine side and becoming “woke” to radical leftwing ideas.
